They (owner and installers) were very accommodating to our construction timeline, did a professional job, communicated in a timely manner, were courteous, and on time. Can't say enough about the professional nature of their crew, especially Gavin. Working from home I needed to be able to trust people in my home when I cannot leave a call. He did a great job communicating the scope of work, timeline, and procedures for him leaving when I couldn't be around. I would recommend them to any friends or family. Really appreciate them taking care of us.

The technician came out quickly and was very thorough. When he wasn't able to finish he even let me borrow a couple ac units for the night. They did a great job and now my ac is working great. They went above and beyond and I couldn't recommend them more.

Woke up this morning to our AC not working. I called a perfect climate at 8 and they were here before 10! After only 30 minutes, they have repaired and cleaned our unit. Our tech was so polite and gave us all the information needed about what went wrong and why. I highly recommend this company, knowledgeable, responsive, and polite. No upselling or BS.

Sean called to let me know when he would be here and he was a couple minutes early. He was very friendly and had my air conditioner problem diagnosed and fixed in less than 30 minutes. He clearly explained the work he did and the warranties for the parts he replaced. He explained the service contracts and told me to call him at a later date for prorated service contracts. I was extremely satisfied with the services and would recommend A Perfect Climate
