What a joke! Dynasty was sent to me through my home warranty. He came out quickly the first time, and I was very pleased with him. I needed some parts replaced that needed to be ordered- he said he would be back the next day or two— almost a week went by, no phone call or update so I called my home warranty- they finally got a hold of him- they said he was having issues finding the parts- ok- a quick phone call to let your customer know what’s going on would be nice— so the warranty place has to order parts for him- another 3-5 days. Finally came back to replace the parts— he called and said one part wasn’t ordered- will be another day or 2- now almost 2 weeks have gone by- part came in- he came back and put it in. My fiancé and I went to dinner came home and now my whole unit wasn’t working. Now he said the fan needed replaced. So once again I called my home warranty people and they said they had the part IN STOCK- I let Jesse know that and I got “Sorry, it’s 11 am on Friday and there is nobody in your area- see you Monday.” Mind you it’s 90 degrees out and our house is getting miserable at this point with 2 kids and 3 animals! Monday comes around- no show, no call, nothing! I once again called my home warranty people- they said in the portal it says he changed your appointment to Tuesday. Tuesday came- and that morning I get a text saying my appointment has been cancelled. So I contact him- he called me back and told me that we weren’t in his service area that he just came out as a courtesy and he wasn’t getting paid. I asked him about my deductible I had to pay and he started getting rude and nasty to me- and told me to find someone in my area. I ended up hanging up on him I was so upset. Almost 3 weeks without air now in August. So NO customer service is NOT their priority- it’s convenience IF you are in their “service area” and the job is easy. How about next time you don’t accept a job if it’s not in your service area?!? I wouldn’t wish this upon anybody. They never answer or return your calls- unless you want to get yelled at. This job could have been done Friday- but he refused to come do it knowing we have been without air for 3 weeks. Now we are back to square one!!👎🏼👎🏼
Where to start? On multiple occasions, they’ve either no-call no-showed appointments, or showed up whenever they want without setting up a time with us. Every time, they’re rude and unprofessional when we’ve tried to address this, always blaming the home warranty company, never taking responsibility. When they finally do show up, the work is shoddy and incomplete, and invariably ends with them being called back a few weeks later to redo it. There’s a reason your home warranty is requiring you to work with them. They’re cheap, unprofessional, and do the absolute bare minimum.
Can't speak to the quality of work - didn't get to that stage.
I was put in contact with Dynasty Heating & Cooling by my home warranty company (2-10). Dynasty first contacted my at 12:00 pm to TELL me that my appointment was that same day and they would arrive between 2-6 pm - a potential 2 h advanced notice. I replied stating that with such short notice I would be unable to be home until 5:30 because I was at work. My reply was immediately met with a second text from Dynasty stating my appointment was cancelled. No follow up call/text was ever received. Looking at other online reviews, a common trend poor professionalism and customer service appears to emerge Dynasty. I contacted 2-10 home and they informed me that Dynasty is the only company in my area that is in their network. 2-10 Home Warranty was happy to give me alternatives once I informed them of the situation and my concerns regarding the poor reviews.
If you are put in touch with Dynasty Heating and Cooling through your home warranty and are concerned, I suggest contacting your home warranty company to discuss alternatives.
If you’re home warranty company sends this company out, demand another service provider. It is a scam. This company will come out and perform a “repair”, collect your deductible and never return. They are either negligent, fraudulent or both.
My story: 2-10 sent Dynasty out for my AC not working in our new house in 95+ degree heat. After a few text messages Dynasty finally came out and diagnosed our problem. They replaced a 24v transformer and furnace fuse, claiming they were faulty. The problem with this is that Dynasty left their trash and “faulty” parts inside my furnace. With those parts, I was able to prove with another HVAC repair company that the parts that were replace were not faulty. Dynasty collected their $100 from me for the “repair” and was gone. I was told it was an electrical problem and I need to have an electrician rewire my furnace. I had an electrician inspect my system and was given a clean bill of health on our electrical system. As expected, the furnace continued to malfunction. At this point it was getting fishy so I called my own HVAC repair company to diagnose the problem. My HVAC repair company discovered the parts that were replace inappropriately and determined, rather quickly, that the blower motor was bad. I then requested that the home warranty company send a technician out to replace the blower motor based on the diagnosis I provided. They dispatched Dynasty again. After several days in 90+ degree heat with no AC, and no response from Dynasty I finally complained to 2-10 and they promised Dynasty would be out. Dynasty made an appointment, I confirmed I would be home, and they never showed up. Again called the warranty company and complained. By this time it has been 2 weeks with no AC and a 1 year old toddler in 90+ degree heat. At this point I was fed up and called my realtor who sold the house and the warranty with the home. They were able to get Dynasty to finally show up and replace my blower motor. I had AC!!!! But the story isn’t over. Come winter time, turn on the heat and our furnace is again not working. It would overheat within about 10 minutes of heat running. That’s not a problem until it is single digits and you need heat to keep the house warm. As expected once the temp got in to the single digits for more than a few hours the furnace couldn’t keep the house warm and would run until it over heated continuously. Called the warranty company again. This time I was smart enough to NOT allow Dynasty to be dispatched to my house again and requested I provide my own repair. This company I called found that Dynasty had installed a “rescue” motor in my furnace that was too small. My furnace called for a 1 HP motor and Dynasty had installed a ½ HP motor. So when the heat turned on, the blower couldn’t deliver enough air to the heat exchanger and it overheated. My company replaced the blower motor with the correct OEM 1 HP motor and after a full year of battling this issue I finally have a fully functioning furnace. If the repair had been diagnosed and completed the right way the first time I wouldn’t have had to go through this mess. Long story short, beware of this company.
Very unprofessional. Doesn't pay it's employees for their work performed. Does very poor work. Undependable lacks skills needed to complete work. Over promises and way under delivers. Very untrustworthy. Scammer Jesse Parsley the owner is a joke has very limited knowledge. Check the reviews a lot of them have the last name Parsley. Hmmm wonder why that would be?
Had Jesse come out a year ago to do some work. At which time he told me call him in May because my AC is going out and he could get it replaced by my home warranty. Called him a week ago. Was not the same, he said something was obviously wrong since the air was not coming out the vents all the same and you could feel it. Tried to get some thing to work on his iPad as a diagnosis and when he couldn't he just gave up. Didn't even go on the attic to look at the ducts first hand. He collected my 100$ and left, it seems he was once a good honest guy who took pride in his work but that has changed. I'd stay away
Absolutely amazing! What started as an HWA furnace claim ended with me having an HVAC company I will call on for years to come. These guys are the best.
Full story - Dynasty came out for our furnace issue we submitted via HWA. Jesse arrived promptly in the promised time window (on a Saturday!). Within 10 minutes he diagnosed the issue, explained next steps and submitted his work to HWA. He explained how long home warranty might take as it is a complex process. His timing guess was accurate and helped us get our heads around how much has to happen for a furnace replacement.
Once HWA jumped through all their hoops and communicated details to Jesse, we had a new Furnace installed within 24 hours. It was clear Dynasty cared about getting the job done right and in a timely fashion. They were never a source of delay or slowdown.
I couldn’t be more thrilled with Jesse, John and Dynasty. Super professional, knowledgeable, and clean. Jesse was all packed up and still unpacked his vacuum to clean up a tiny pile of debris (even though I insisted I didn’t care - he unpacked and cleaned it up!).
These guys are the best and I’ll definitely have them out for a tune up in the spring!
The service I received was excellent !! I would give more than 5 stars. Jesse was very knowledgeable and polite. The price was exactly the same as the estimate. He even swept up {more than the work area} Thank you very much Hey Jess, I love my new A/C too 90 outside and a cool 75 inside !!! Thanks again
Not only was he extremely nice, but he was very knowledgeable and made it easy for us to understand. He wasnt out to gouge us and gave us a better price than other competitors. Great company to use.
We were very happy with the service. They came the next day after I called and fixed our air conditioner quickly. They did an excellent job. They went above and beyond. Our air conditioner works better than ever! I appreciated their integrity.
