Max (our tech) was a delight! The customer service (over the phone and in person) simply can't be beat. He listened with enthusiasm to my son's questions and jokes, and cuddled with our doggos. Max very knowledgeably answered all of our new home owner questions and walked us through each step of the required quarterly maintenance. The office staff that called ahead for scheduling were equally as genuine and lovely. Giving my highest recommendation!

Highly recommend this company! I had such a great experience with Travis on an emergency plumbing visit. He was beyond helpful in fixing the issue quickly and educating me for future avoidance of the issue. I also highly appreciated Eli’s visit for my HVAC maintenance as well. He was extremely detailed with his assessments & gave me lots of advice. He even secured an electric outlet outside my house just to be nice! I recommend this company over any other plumbing company in Bloomington with their fast response time in emergencies, professionalism, and effective execution during visits.

Elijah went through all the problems we were having with our old heating and air system. He informed us of all our options to replace our system. He was very courteous, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to friends, and family

After Elijah helped us select the best system for our house, David, Rob, Kyle, and Eli came out and got the equipment installed. They were here on time and got started right away. The whole crew were friendly, polite and courteous, and very professional. They did a great job with the install. The equipment looks and works great. They were more than happy to answer any questions, and really seemed to want to make sure we were happy with the job. They even cleaned up all of the trash left from the work. Overall we couldn't have been happier with the service the whole crew provided. We would still highly recommend Summers.

They scheduled a plumbing inspection for me as part of the service plan. Their plumber, Danny R., came out and performed a whole-house plumbing check up. Danny was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, he also has great taste in music.
Danny was not overly pushy about upselling repairs or work, which I greatly appreciated, and was very helpful in informing me of all the points of concern that would/should be addressed in the future and their expected costs.

This visit is part of the SCA subscription program that helps keep us on top of plumbing, heating, and cooling before any issues come up. Highly recommend their services!!

Holy cow! This was GREAT! We just met with Curtis Lowder. Super cool guy that had all the answers! Our water heater is pretty much done after 27+ years. We called around and got the runaround from folks that will remain nameless so we are so happy that we connected with Curtis from Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling in Bloomington, Indiana. The best part is the affordable price!!! Not only are we going to get a new water heater, we signed up for their Yearly “Maintenance Plan” that will take care of our furnace, air conditioner, 2 Mini-split units, as well as keep an eye on our plumbing for the whole house. ALL of that will cost around HALF of what one of the competitors wanted to charge for a single water heater and install! Whew! He also gave us options, ideas, and advice for projects we have in mind for the future. So knowledgeable, experienced, honest, and best of all affordable, are words that describe Summers Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling!

Outdoor faucet leak that caused water to get into interior wall and onto bedroom closet carpeting. Curtis came the same day that I called. He did a great job, explaining every step of the repair and helping us understand what happened and how to prevent it in the future. He was friendly and courteous and we would recommend him and Summers to our friends and neighbors.

We have been working with Elijah for the second year now. We have replaced our furnace in the past through them. What a great experience! As we consider a heat pump system, he takes the time to explain all of the options and no pressure. As a lifetime resident who grew up in Monroe County, we know he treats us like a neighbor. Looking forward to continuing with him and Summers.

I had my first plumbing inspection through Summers as part of their maintenance plan and was incredibly impressed. Danny arrived within just a few minutes of me getting the call that he would be on his way. He was incredibly thorough with his work, making sure he hadn't missed anything as he inspected in my home. I appreciated the explanation of what was going on in all aspects of the plumbing infrastructure in my house, including what may be a higher priority to fix or replace now vs. what may need work down the road. He was also super friendly and I did not feel any pressure to say yes to any services once he was finished. As a new-ish homeowner I still have a lot to learn about these kinds of things and this was a really great introduction to using Summer's maintenance plans!

Curtis is fantastic and decent! Polite, professional, friendly, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable. I had him to detect possible water leaking. He checked throughly all the pipes and house structure, then provided suggestions and made conclusions. He wore shoe covers seeing us not wearing shoes at home. I was very appreciated for his thoughtfulness. Also, Adam and a lady from customer line today were also very nice and friendly. Thumbs up for all the Summers Plumbing teams. Highly recommended.
