They came the same day that I called my hot water heater was leaking water really bad Nick gave my four options to replace my hot water heater because I’m on a limited budget they got me a great deal which I could afford nick was very professional and explained in terms and everything that they were doing love them I would highly recommend them thru are honest and trustworthy

Donald came to our home while we were at work for a heater maintenance. He called me with any concerns and was able to fix some problems that day. When I returned home the house smelled fresh which indicated to me that he did what he was there and promised to do! Would definitely recommend and will call again for any future problems.

Water was backing up into my basement so I had Summers come out to do a clean out. They ran their camera about 25 feet and hit an obstruction and they claimed my pipe had collapsed. I then asked if they could snake it annyways and I was told “my camera would have pushed through an obstruction” at that moment I knew I was being played for a fool. The tech went ahead and wrote a quote for $11,000 job to redo my pipes! As soon as he knew he had lost the sale, the customer service dropped immediately.

I got a second opinion from a smaller, not so commercialized company and for $170 and a little over an hours work they removed years worth of roots from my drain. You really think a camera could push through tree roots? Come on.

So far I’ve had 0 issues with my basement and my drainage is working great. I saved over $10,830 not using Summers.

Everyone has been prompt and up front with all maintenance and repairs. Josh helped us out this last time and was very knowledgeable. When Josh was here he felt like family, could have chatted with him all day. Both of the tecs that have come to our home deserve a raise. Summers has always been good to us, we will recommend them over and over.

We needed our water heater repaired and Summers was able to get Jeremy Hood out to us the same day. He completed the repair, answered all my questions and gave recommendations for how to make our water heater work more efficiently.

Both he and his apprentice we very knowledgeable, thorough and tidy. Answered my questions. Cleaned up after themselves. Using their services again if needed
