Chris and his very progressional team did a magnificent job installing our brand new Navien Combination Boiler and Domestic Water Heater (We love it, btw!) They have excellent customer service as well. Highly recommended this company. Awesome service and great value!

Working with Synergy was a great experience. From Sam giving a quote, to Dee scheduling the service, to George coming in and fixing our problem, everything was professional and pain-free. The prices were reasonable and compared favorably to other quotes we received from both HVAC companies and Lowe's.

George showed up on time and was friendly to me and my family. He took great care to be careful of our home when coming in and out, and he made sure to avoid scratching or staining anything as he moved around the house. This hasn't always been the case with other companies that have done work in our home (especially Lowe's). He was in and out within the scheduled time frame.

They also identified the root cause of our water heater problems which likely saved us a lot of money in the long-term. George came back after the initial water heater install and fixed the issue very quickly for which I'm very grateful.

Finally, I appreciated the automated texts and billing process.

While trying to update our shower faucet, a leak developed. Synergy had a technician dispatched within a couple of hours. The issue was diagnosed immediately. George was able to repair the pipes without having the open the wall up. The repair was made professionally and the area left neat. Very pleased with George's work.

Synergy installed a new furnace for us. Very attentive to detail while installing in that they covered all of our carpet so no dirt would be tracked in and carried in equipment slowly to not damage walls and stairwell. Installed new furnace, zoning board and 3 dampers in roughly 7 hours. Very pleased with this company and its products. Highly recommend them!
