Don is a very pleasant man to come to our house. Sometime ago he came out on a Sunday when we had no hot water. This time he was here to check out all of our sinks and sump pump and water heater. Will be returning on Friday (7th of April) to replace water lines in our crawl space.....

I've used Summers now for about 5 years. I've always had excellent customer service. Today I had my furnace inspection. There were many issues with my furnace, kind of expected, 14 years old. The gentleman that helped us today showed us many pictures and went over all the issues that the furnace was having. He was very knowledgeable of the furnace functions and told us things that we should expect to happen if we don't do some repairs, which of course would be very expensive. We have 3 children and worry about there safety and being comfortable in the house. My wife and I decided we really need to look into replacing it. After talking with our serviceman about this, we thought it would be best to move forward. He gave us pros and cons, and the pros out weighed the cons. He explained everything thoroughly, and educated us at the same time making the decision very easy. Thank you Summers for all your help.
