I have always given a great review until today. A technician was here today to do a pre paid heating tune up. He discovered that dual capacitor was failing on my 2 YEAR OLD HVAC SYSTEM. That, in itself is a joke. He said the materials were under warranty but the labor was not. Then it takes him 15-20 minutes to replace it and I get charged $120. Good value? Nope!

10 years ago we would have recommended them. Unfortunately those days are LONG gone. We gave many opportunities to correct mistakes. It was not uncommon for a technician, then supervisor to have to return to the home to fix errors, sometimes up to 3 times just in the past 2 years. ( multiple addresses ) The list can specifically go on. Bottom line my neighbors recommend A -Able for heating & air & I’ll call them moving forward. I absolutely NO longer would refer Summers. Just no good. Don’t forget to check out Yelp reviews.

Chad did a great job,he always takes his time and makes sure that everything is working well, and will explain what you need to do to keep it running great. He always goes above and beyond too let you know that he cares about your equipment and makes sure that it's running great. Chad doesn't try and force anything on you, he will let you know what it cost and you make that decision. I would like to have Chad on all my maintenance follow ups. Thanks Chad, I know my furnace is running the best that it can because you made sure it does.😄👍

The worst experience ever they installed my HVAC system incorrectly and for four years have been charging me for labor and parts to fix it (never fixing it)taking complete advantage of me and taking money and taking money! the general manager is a child Steve Denning has no people skills! Everyone in the organization is about self preservation and the least customer focused outside of the one person that after four years figured out it was a error on their part at installation. They have taken a stance that they have done nothing wrong they don’t owe me anything all I can say is buyer beware I am getting the word out Summers is not a reputable company to deal with especially if you’re a woman! I can guarantee you they’ll get on this Google review and say oh we’re so sorry what can we do cause they’re really good at lip service and trying to keep the fact that they don’t know what they’re doing under the rug to the public! I mean would you do business with a company who can’t install something correctly then never take ownership and then they sent two guys out to rewire it and they were here for four hours because they re-wired it wrong the first time and had to do it a second time !! like I said buyer beware! Plus they falsely advertise with Lennox products on their adds but they don’t sell Lennox and do nothing but bad mouth the manufacturer real professional!
Called it nothing but lip service as a public response.. pathetic!!

Caleb is the best tech we have ever had. He found issues we weren't aware as being a problem. Our upstairs bedrooms always remained warm. Now it is cool and comfortable.
