A routine inspection was done today. I was informed that my heat exchanger requires immediate attention.
I’d never known if I hadn’t purchased an inspection plan. My unit is 16+ years.

Stephen came early this morning to take care of our AC, which was totally not working. Turns out there was a power outage in our neighborhood and fried the thermostat. Steve replaced the damaged unit and he was on his way. Very courteous and friendly.

They put in a new heating @air A few years ago a come back A service it twice a year to keep it in good running order.

Call this company because my central air was out and I have children with asthma and the temperatures inside my home was over 90° and my children were having issues. I called the company and requested service and they had someone out to my home within about an hour and a half of my initial phone call. My repair person was professional, courteous, knowledgeable about my AC service he explained with detail and what the company could do to repair the problem, he repaired the problem quickly and efficiently. The AC was working within 30 minutes of his arrival. Well done! I would definitely recommend this service to anyone and they will definitely be on my list of repair people.

Jason showed up early which is always a great thing when the AC goes out. He got to work right away and diagnosed the problem and just as quickly got the repair done. He was courteous, honest and professional. I was so pleased by his service and the value received that I also bought an annual maintenance package. Very impressed with my first experience with Jason, and Summers Plumbing, Heating and Cooling!
