UPDATE: My mom is still having issues with her system (shocker) and her heat went out. A Summers Tech came out and told my mom they wouldn’t look into why this is happening, but maybe if she removes this negative review and calls Steve to apologize, then they could do so. What a disgusting and manipulative company you are Summers. AND you have her pay for a diagnostic service but say you won’t diagnose anything. So why does she have to pay for that?! Make it make sense.

Original Review: Steve Denning should be FIRED for his unprofessionalism and attitude. Summers has done nothing but take advantage of my mom, taken her money and done nothing to fix her never ending problems with her system. This is the worst experience she has ever had with a company other than dealing with AT&T when my dad died. I have to deal with my mother in tears on a weekly basis because these people won’t do anything to help her and she's constantly worried. They just take her money and give her nothing to show for it. Absolutely horrible.

Our technician Jason arrived in a timely manner, and was very pleasant to work with from start to finish. Jason is a very knowledgeable technician and fixed our problem right away, great personality.
Informs me of all my options I did not feel pressured into anything hopefully you have more people like him work coming to my house on Sun late in the afternoon.

Caleb understood our uneven cooling issue between the two floors and improved it greatly. He is friendly, courteous, smart, and professional. We requested him for our next maintenance. He cares to make the customer happy with real results.

During this past cold snap, they were the only firm to call me back AND show up Christmas Eve, night to get heat flowing. I called over 2 dozen shops. They got heat going and I'm grateful for them.

Mike was on time, professional and very nice!! He checked my heat pump and made sure it was working properly. He also took the time to explain that my breaker was wired incorrectly. Thank you very much!!

I am east main connection store in xenia ohio,I called many companies before to come and check my Heat and nobody responded or showed up on that appointment but summer company so responsive, helpful and professional they came and started and provided all service that i need heating and plumbing . I like them and I recommend them to everyone.thanks chad👍

Can't get an appointment to tune up the AC until beginning of September. What good is that.

Phone response was excellent and incredibly fast. I was told someone would be here within 24 hours. My phone rang about 2 hours later advising the Caleb (the technician) would be there in a few minutes. Caleb was prompt, professional and kept us informed of his progress. This is my first experience it’s Summers and all has been positive this far.

The entire crew did a fantastic job. Professional but friendly and jovial too!!
