Fast friendly office staff when I called for an appointment. I didn’t expect a same day but I got one without issues. Was told the tech would call prior to coming out, but not only did he call but I received a text with a picture of Eric, information how long he’s been at the company and even his likes during his off time. Wow, more than I expected!
Anyways, Eric arrived, diagnosed the problem with my pool heater and then fixed it. Super impressed with this young man’s professionalism and knowledge. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need, he provided me with great service and the fix only cost me a little over the service call price. Overall, excellent job!

On time, kept informed of appointments and tech arrivals by text, email and phone. They did the job quickly and cleaned up well. One incorrect product installed that was corrected the very next day when brought to their attention. I won't hesitate to contact them again when next plumbing project arises.

So our water heater was very old and started leaking, so we contacted A-Abel and they got us an appointment for the next day. I just thought they were coming to inspect it and give a quick quote on a new one, but he had a new water heater ready to be installed in his truck and he put it in that same day! Our Tech was Zack and he was very nice and very professional! Cannot say enough good things about this company. We have used them before for backed up pipes and they were very helpful and did a great job with that as well. Highly recommend!!!

We bought a new refrigerator and for some reason it kept setting off the breaker. I called A-Able to have a new outlet and breaker installed. They came within a couple hours of my call. The guys that did the work we're very professional, and knowledgeable. I'll have them back again.

I had a great experience. Dealing with some issues with a home we just purchased which has a generator system. From the operator, Rachel?, to the tech- Jeremy, they put my mind at ease and made a special trip out to get me ready for the next power outage! I feel confident in how the system works and maintains itself. Definitely will stay a customer as service such as theirs isn’t too common in today’s world. Thanks for the help.

Ron has been to our home twice now for different reasons. He is always very personable, on time, explains everything to us, and does his job well. We will definitely have him back with future issues/repairs! The tech he was training today was also very polite and did a great job assisting Ron! I would recommend this company!

My experience was very nice. Caleb was very nice and knowledgeable. He made sure to answer all my questions and ensured I understood what it was he was saying. And he was very timely, arrived right at the time I was given and he did assessment and answered all my questions probably in about 30 minutes tops. I was very impressed, and would definitely recommend the company.

I highly recommend Logan AC & Heat Services! They were very quick to respond when I called to report my furnace not working. A technician, Michael, was at my house within 2 hours. My system was 18 years old and needed to be replaced. They were able to install a new HVAC system the next day! Clay, Chris and Griffin did an excellent job and were very helpful in explaining the system to me. They worked efficiently and cleaned up when they finished. I would definitely call them again!

Wow. I’m totally impressed. Mike and Chris came to figure out what was wrong with my 58 year old boiler. They immediately figured out the problem. So they ordered the pump that had gone bad and within a few days they came back and replaced it and bled all the air out of the pipes. It only took a couple hours! They were so knowledgeable , personable, and capable that I didn’t feel awkward or intruded upon. They came back a few days later to check for air in the pipes and had done such a good job the last time that they didn’t have to do a thing to it and saved me another charge!!! Thanks A-Abel, Chris and Mike for an excellent experience!!
