Absolutely amazing service. Our HVAC system died on us and these guys came out to replace it. Entire new system took about 5 hours to install. Jesse and Mark are super professional and nice. The whole process was incredibly simple. Could not be happier!

We started up our a/c unit in the recent “heat wave” and had zero cold air blowing. I was able to get a same day appointment. My husband is completely blown away by the service we received. Friendly technicians, very knowledgeable, and super helpful. We would reco this company to anyone who is looking for one!

The repair technician was on time, very friendly and certainly knowledgeable. She found an issue with the installation and notified the company and then went to get repair parts and resolved the problem, no charge. This company has been great and I recommend them to everyone!

Thermostat was dead, furnace wouldn’t work. Called at 6:00 PM, Josh was here at 8:00 and fixed the problem (along with some not very good work by previous company). Very happy with the work. Will use Centerville H&C for future work.

Called them for another problem a month later. Tech was here that afternoon (Sunday) and fixed the problem quickly. Good, courteous service. Will use them for all future work.

While we had many challenges on our install, what impressed me was their complete commitment to get the job right no matter what. That commitment to customer service, when many no longer care about the customer once the initial job is done, impressed me. Despite the initial hiccups, I would use them again and again because I trust them to always do the right thing.

Our HVAC system had not been functioning properly, the heat pump running nonstop and not keeping up with our heat setting of 68 degrees the past few months. This resulted in outrageous electricity usage and bills, even when only in the 30s and 40s outside. Hassam from Five Star was able to assess the issue and quickly make the needed adjustments to our system and thermostat. The result is a much warmer 68 degrees without our system running 24/7 - the way a heat pump should operate. Highly recommended this business and especially this service technician. Thank you.

I wanted my furnace checked for the winter and read very good reviews about Centerville Heating and Cooling. I can now be counted among those positive reviews. My service technician Hassan was polite, knowledgeable and on time. He answered all of my questions and provided me with information about buying various filters that would work in my furnace to save me money. I'm grateful to have had this professional inspection of my older furnace completed before it gets too cold outside.

It’s true they really give you that 5 STAR treatment with each service call. I definitely will recommend them for your heating and cooling needs. Our tech Mike really knows how to get your system right for each season. He goes above and beyond. Overall great company.
