This review is only for the technician Mike - he has always done a fabulous job and has been the only person in the company i've been able to rely on. Everything with my experience with this company has been horrible, but Mike is the best. If the company was as professional as Mike, I would be spreading the word to use them.

Marcus, Guy, and Devon came to the house today to provide an inspection of our HVAC systems. They were very friendly, helpful and professional. They were very good at explaining how everything works and letting us know where our system stood currently. Really enjoyed our visit from them today!

Dayvon is a very professional , courteous and efficient tech. He was on time and got to the job at hand. He kept me informed with progress of the service and very responsive and knowledgeable with answers to my questions.

Called me to do a routine service on my HVAC I bought from them a couple years prior. Dominic came out and made sure it was working smoothly and replaced the air filter for me as well. He's a good dude and very professional. Good customer service all around.

Michael Carter was our service technician today. He came to give us a quote on vent cleaning. During his very thorough inspection he discovered some other issues. He offered several solutions and explained each one of them in detail. He was able to take care of this issue for us and we look forward to seeing him in servicing our furnace/AC needs in the future.

‘‘Twas the morning before Christmas and all through the house not a creature was stirring. They were all bundled under blankets because the ignitor on the furnace went bad and there was no heat!!

I called service experts and spoke with Briana. They were booked. I wasn’t a member, it was Christmas Eve, and we were in the aftermath of a bad winter storm with sub zero temperatures. I did not expect any help. I knew it was the worst situation.

Briana was very empathetic to our situation and kept apologizing even though it was not their fault. It was obvious she cared. She dispatched the technician Elijah P. He was one of the best technicians I’ve had the pleasure to work with. Smart. Caring. He didn’t have the part in stock on his truck. I didn’t expect it. Our system is 22 years old. I knew we had a few days to wait since it was also Christmas.

He came out and fixed the unit and also brought John C out to show us replacement systems. We are still in the quoting process so I don’t have an end to the story yet.

If you are looking for a system, you at least need to give them a chance to compete. This is very much about people as it is about equipment and price. I think you can trust these folks. They are all very nice and caring.

Dylan came to fix a leaky kitchen faucet. Also discovered leakage from valves! He replaced both and used improved valves! He worked diligently and did a good job explaining what he did. A pleasure to working with him!

Knochelmann Service Experts takes good care of customers. Guy, the service technician, who was onsite at our Mason house, explained every line of the inspection report and gave a thorough analysis from his wide experience servicing other locations. Definitely will go with this company in future.

Had a problem with heating unit. The technician, Guy, arrived as scheduled and proceeded diagnostics. Found the issue which was a faulty wire. Repaired the issue and got my furnace back in operation. Also repaired the humidistat controller in the unit which had not been operating. Guy was very knowledgeable about unit and didn't mind my questions at all. Very polite and informative. A top notch technician. Thanks Guy!!!

Matt and Jeff did a fantastic job with my semi annual service. Both are very knowledgeable not only for HVAC but with anssociated plumbing annd potential future installations. They talked through all their testing results as they went and gave my system a clean bill of health.
