When our water heater broke this morning, the company fit me in during our emergency. Brennan and Kelly were tremendous in quickly removing the old tank and replacing with a new one. Much appreciated and fully recommend Knochelmann.

We had an issue with water pressure and a separate issue with our tankless water heater. Brennan was prompt, courteous, and took the time to troubleshoot before diagnosing the problem. He came back in two days to fix the issues. We are pleased customers.

06/19/2023: Mr. Robert Harrell fixed my unit and had my home feeling nice and cool again. He was efficient and has his tools ready to get the job done!! Plus he is kind and helpful. Thank you Knochelmann for hiring Quality Experts.

We had Robert H. Come and service our unit. He was wonderful and very professional. We had some issues with our furnace, but they were not urgent. He wasn’t pushy at all and recommended that we keep an eye it.

Just had the system installed. Only 2 days later. Great technicians Matt and Luke installed the system in less time then they said. Thanks for making sure you didn't track mud in the house. Signed up for their advantage program, now I don't have to worry about the system breaking down ever, for a low monthly fee.

Elijah always does an amazing job when he comes out to do routine maintenance - he’s very friendly and explains everything. Robert came out today to deal with an error on my furnace and was also friendly and detail-oriented. Very happy with my experience with both service technicians despite the comedy of errors of my AC/furnace system!

I am giving my technician Guy a 5 star review. After having my spring tune up rescheduled 3 times prior 2 of which were no call no shows, Guy helped ease the wariness I had with Knochelmann. I only want to have to deal with Guy from now on. He called to give me his ETA and was right on time. Thanks Guy for putting the customer first and restoring a little faith back for Knochelmann.

We use Service Experts for all of our needs for heating/air.
Not long ago we purchased our new furnace and air conditioner from the company and will receive all spring and fall cleanup from them.
In case, we have any problems all we need due is call and they come and fix at no additional cost due to contract.
We are very happy with every experience we have ever had with this company and their employees.
