To start with, Noah, the plumbing technician, called about twenty minutes out, to assure me that he would be arriving shortly. Upon his arrival, he sized up the situation, and within minutes, proceeded to service the commode, which leaked at the base, upon flushing. The job was done in a timely fashion, and he even took the waste away, after the job was completed. I'd highly recommend this company, as well as Noah, who made our whole experience, a Five Star service!
