    We have been using Knochelmann for 2 years now and have always had a good experience. Most recently we had Dominick out for the 2nd time for our AC tune up and he is great. He went above and beyond to make sure we were good for the season! He even remembered us for last year. Made us feel really appreciated to be a customer.

    Knochelmann was the company who installed our system when our house was built. The reason we keep using them for all our HVAC needs are due to service techs like Elijah that serviced our system today. They are knowledgeable and efficient completing service and repairs. I have always gotten great service from them at a fair price.

    I bought a furnace from these people. Chuck (George) Thompson was my sales rep and Matt Kochersperger is his boss calling himself sales manageras as he threatened to put a mechanical lein on my home. Chuck did not disclose all the Info of our financed agreement to me before he had left our meeting and had set an installment appointment. Upon reading the agreement I had called Chuck to cancle and informed him of the financial problems I had with that contract. He assured me we would figure it out and make it right. The install team still came out and installed a new furnace took my old one. As I thought things would be taken care of, no heat and a baby soon due we allowed them in our home. Chuck did not fix the situation by calling the the financing company as he said he would and i was forced to cancle my application to avoid being over charged by Knocklemann. Chuck then calls me demanding payment. As he starts to get nasty calling me inappropriate name we end our conversation. I reached out to Matt and Upon doing so I explained the situation and events leading up to it. Matt disregarding all that happened and is asking for cash or check at this point and threatened to put a mechanical lein on my home when I had obviously intended to finance this in the first place. There seems to be no one else left to talk to. Matt seems to have voided their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee that states if im not 100% satisfied they will refund the cost of my service call or remove the installed equipment and refund my money with no questions asked. I've asked for a copy of a contract regarding terms of service, a bill for the service and they have been unwilling to supply me with either. Matt has already said he will not take the equipment back voiding the guarantee with no reason backing this. These people have been nasty, disrespectful, hard to work with and unwilling to communicate properly. I'm no longer sure how to handle this situation when there is absolutely no trust and they have voided all guarantees. This is an awful company that does not deserve to service the public.

    Update to current time.
    Knocklemann Eventually offered me a discount on the service provided and we were able to use what they call the advantage program as payment. This allowed us to have no payments for 90 days with no intrest. We payed off the full balance before the 90 days and because we baught out of the advantage contract they tried to have us sign an NDA but we refused. They allowed us to pay them the remaining amount and we can finally cut ties with this company.

    Mike came out today and fixed our system. Super nice and very professional! Thanks, Mike!!

    Elijah came today and connected our thermostat and humidifier to the internet so we can control the system while away. He also quickly diagnosed and repaired our Aprilaire humidifier which was incorrectly wired by a previous tech. He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I will be requesting Robert or Elijah for future work. Both were excellent!!

    We had an error code on our thermostat an a representative was sent out on Monday to look it over. The part was ordered. We were reassured everything was still in working order and that he would be back with the part as soon as it was in. I believe his name was Johnny. (I'm bad with names.) But, he was so friendly and courteous, completely on time, efficient, and knowledgeable. I love this company and am very pleased with the service, maintenance and equipment this far. I'm extremely pleased with my heating bill this past winter, that alone has sold me on our decision trust Knochleman as our heating and cooling company.

    I had an appointment scheduled through this company for a tune up on my heat pump approximately 2 weeks ago. They had to cancel on me the day of due to scheduling issues. They offered me roughly a $15 discount and scheduled me for today. Yesterday they called me, my phone rang twice and then they ended the call. Today I found out that they had to reschedule my appointment yet again, due to over booking. The only reason it's a two-star review instead of one, is because the sales rep, Bri, is pleasant enough to deal with.
    Update: they refunded me the cost of the tune up

    I have a advantage lease through them they are supposed to provide filters and service on it, and they never even call me to do the tuneups. I have had one tuneup in the last three or four years and I am stuck in this lease for 15 years. Even though I was told 10 years the salesman matt lied to me about it. Be careful when you do advantage program read the fine print first
