Recently contacted this establishment to get some service finished up at my house. The service was impeccable, I worked with a Ms. Bre Gannon over the phone, and she assisted me in every way she could and answered all my questions and was very patient and kind when I asked questions. Logan and Chase were the MVPs of today. Helped a drainage problem and new sump pump, they got right to work when they arrived. Was very informative on the details of the job and got it done right. Especially helpful on future upkeep. Overall very satisfied with level of service and level of communication from these 2 professionals. Would recommend to anyone who had similar issues

Chuck and Elijah showed up on time for a furnace tune-up. The service was extremely thorough and they found that the company who installed the furnace (new construction) did not set it up to run as a two-stage furnace. Have an AC cleaning set up for May so very happy with the service so far.

Knochelmann techs Elijah P. and Dayvon came today for maintenance on a humidifier issue we were having. They were friendly and professional. Eli diagnosed the problem and ended up helping us save about $800 on a new humidifier by rewiring our current set up and now our old humidifier is working great! Couldn’t recommend this team enough. Answered all my questions and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Thank you!

Dominic was very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. He explained the health of our furnace system and made a few adjustments which made cold parts of our house more comfortable. Overall outstanding service and we would be happy to have him service our system next time.

After calling to confirm it was ok, the techs (Matt and Puspa) arrived over an hour early which was very much appreciated. They wore covers on their shoes and were very through and professional! They represented their company well by exceeding my expectations.
