Dylan did an amazing job of diagnosing the problem. We came up with an in expensive solution to our unique situation and saved us money. Knochelman sent the A team plumber. Have been using them for 20 years working on our 100 year old house. Keeping it in good working order.

Onsite crew were amazing however the dispatch team did not provide them with the details that were clearly defined when the appt was set up. This home requires an extra long ladder and two techs. Call History on this house shows that this has been a pattern for your dispatch team as they have sent people here multiple times without the proper ladder ect…… you technician had to call and get a ladder and tech. He was outstanding !!!!! I would use him again no question but your dispatch team needs training and oversight

Jeff came back and replace board very fast! He also cleaned the outside and inside unit!

I signed up at the Home Fair for a free cleaning. Chuck and Puspa came out and performed my service. Puspa did a great job cleaning the system and provided information about what I could do to improve my system’s performance. Chuck provided great information about the different plans available and went over a system report card with me. I was very pleased with the service.

Matt, Angel, and Marcus was outstanding I really appreciate them for come out and getting everything done 10/10 experience a big thank you to the three of them!!!!

Had HVAC and hot water heater installation. Very professional and respectful. Took measures to not damage my floors and cleaned up after themselves once the job was done. We received a free upgrade on our hot water heater. The salesman assured us a 50 gallon tank would be sufficient for our house, but when the plumber came for the install, he believed it would be not enough for our needs and gave us the 75 gallon tank instead. All around great service, highly recommend.

A great experience with Guy and Brent. Guy advised of problems with our 14 year old unit. We were given options and we decided to go with a new unit. Within an hours time the sales Rep., Brent was sitting at our dining room table with our choice of units. The unit will be installed and completed tomorrow. Excellent representatives for Knochelmann’s!
