Arrived on time and completed the HVAC service. The service tech, Puspa Ramil, has been here in the past for routine maintenance appointments. He is always professional and courteous in interacting with myself and my tenants, remembering me by my first name, and took the time to go over system performance and maintenance requirements.

A professional, friendly, knowledgeable serviceman arrived at our home and he deserves to be promoted!
His name is Trnon Lewis.

Also Marcus Staples was here and he was extremely professional and helpful!

Mr. Trnon Lewis was friendly, prompt, and communicative. He quickly identified a problem with my AC and made the fix, explaining what he was doing. He answered my questions and made a few calls to coworkers when needed to answer them. The price for the service felt a little high, seeing that it wasn't that complicated - but the price was set by Knochelmann, his employer, so it's nothing against him.

Service tech Dayvon was excellent. Went over everything and explained any issues throughly. Made sure I had no questions before he left. Wish I could say the same about their office staff...watch out for their new computer system. It liked to "lose" information on the switch over. Seems to be an on going problem.

Jon and Bo installed my new HVAC a couple of months ago. Since I’m having some concrete work done I needed the AC put on brackets. Today, 6/6 they came out and put my AC on brackets.They were very professional even made a special trip to get a smaller bracket.

Chuck & Sam did a really thorough job checking out our furnace, hvac along with other things. They explained the condition/concerns as they checked them, making sure we understood. We appreciate & highly recommend their services.

Timely, quality service, fair pricing, and knowledgeable professionals. Sam identified the issue with my HVAC and got my emergency heat turned on, and identified the parts needed / price quoted my follow up repairs in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend.

Edit: Had a furnace tune-up done by Turnon, he gave quick and detailed assessment of the system health and identified issues with the AC that could cause problems in the future. I was able to schedule AC maintenance with Chuck immediately, and signed up for the Maintenance+ program (excellent value). I'd add another star if Google would let me.

Kyle & Dylan were excellent! Professional service, called before and was able to come earlier than expected. Very respectful of property, could not ask for better service.
