Woke up and the house was 58°. Tried the heat to warm it up a little but the heat wouldn’t turn on. I am a member of Knochelmann’s preferred program. They had somebody at the house within 2-3 hours. Want to say thanks to Jeff for stopping by and thoroughly troubleshooting the issue. After getting the system running again, he walked me through the startup stages and some basic troubleshooting to try and narrow down the problem in case it ever happens again. Very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend.

The receptionist, Robin, was very professional and polite. She documented all of the information and followed up the following week when the supervisor had to send an HVAC expert to fix the problem.

Jim, the HVAC expert, was very knowledgeable and got the job done right. His estimate was very fair for the work needed to be done.

Chuck, Dayvon and Guy were great today! We had them here for our annual A/C wellness check and the three of them were polite, knowledgeable, and great with my dog. We had our blower fan cleaned, a capacitor replaced on our outdoor compressor, and the prices were not only fair, they were lower than I expected. We are pleased with Knochlemann as a business and will continue to have them in our home to keep our HVAC and plumbing operating as expected. Thanks, guys!

Very professional service appointment, fixed a couple of problems with our AC that had not been picked up by a different company. We have never heard the unit run so quietly before today! Big shout out to Puspa!

Our primary issue was a leak that we couldn’t find the source of. We also had a bathtub faucet that would not stop dripping, as well as an issue with our main shutoff valve leaking. After several frustrating experiences with plumbers, we chose Knochelmann due to the reviews we read online. Adam W. came out to our house, and long story short, we could not have been more pleased. He was personable, professional, and took the time to explain every step of what he was doing. For the leak that was the primary issue, Adam exhausted every avenue to find and fix the source, without having to cut into our bathroom tile. He was able to find the leak with very little invasiveness. All of our issues were fixed, and I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it ended up being. I never write reviews for this sort of stuff, but felt it important to share my experiences here for others to see. Highly recommend.
