Formula Air HVAC

AC not working and Home Warranty sent Formula Air HVAC. The technician was very knowledgeable and quickly found the problem. He had excellent customer service skills.

We had as no heat, even with the thermostat cracked up into the high 80s.i called for thermostat repair/replacement. The serviceman came, checked everything and showed me some funny little piecev that had to do with the gas. He cleaned that and now there is plenty of heat, no now thermostat required. I appreciate their fast response (same day), efficient and courteous service and very reasonable price. I wish I could give kudos to the service man who came but I am 72 years old and have always suffered from CRS (can't remember s**t) when it comes to names, when before I got old.

Our technician, Scott, was wonderful to work with. He did such a thorough job trying to find and fix our issues and he even came out another time when it wasn’t working quite right and continued troubleshooting until we found one little adjustment that made everything work again like it used to. Their scheduling team was also awesome to work with. They were very responsive and followed through on everything. Also it is unheard of these days but they came out exactly when they said they would each time, on the spot. Wow! That is so rare anymore. Thank you Formula Air team! You will be our preferred provider from now on.

The technician was very knowledgable. Found the problem in a few minutes. Made a temporary fix do the air works. Explain ned next steps to permanently fix the problem.

Today’s work consisted of replacing the items that were not working correctly and installing a part that was forgotten in the original installation. He was fast and did a good job.

Good service, good communication and fantastic price. After Maye heating and cooling was sold to Morris Jenkins I had to find a new Trane vendor. You know you have the right company when other highly regarded local companies tell you they can't beat the price and to go with these guys. I got an EcoBEE Wi-Fi thermostat too which would not have been included with the other guys at a higher price. I could not be happier with my multi thousand dollar purchase! Thanks Formula Air! Our furnace stopped working on Christmas Eve. After basic troubleshooting, we submitted a claim with our home warranty, and they scheduled Formula Air first thing Tuesday morning. Our tech, Scott, had it up and running in about 1/2 hour. He was able to quickly determine the transformer went out, and lucky for us, had the replacement in his van. He made sure air was coming from the vents, and gave us tips about our vents, when to replace the furnace, estimate cost, etc. We're so happy we have heat back and that it was quick for the experiences technician!

Very good product, service and routine maintenance at a reasonable cost. Owner communicated personally and met with me at my home. Service technicians are knowledgeable, courteous and respectful of my home.
