The hold process was top shelf outcome... I appreciate your lead installer Andre Siguencia and his apprentice Isaac, they explain the installation process very clearly to me... As I mention to them from my research, I'm aware that the success of a well functioning AC system, stems from the installer. Andre agreed with that assessment, and I feel comfortable he did a excellent Job!!!
If ever I need Formula Air service again, I hope I have the opportunity and honor to work with Cameron, Andre and Isaac and team for they delivered their promise.

Had and issue with the first tech that came out, the owner called me personally and we spoke I told him what happened he listened and was very understanding he didn’t make excuses for his tech instead he insured our issues would be addressed and fixed He sent out another tech the same day and although we had a power outage the tech still stayed and did whatever he could to help and told us he would be back at 8am to finish, the next day he was back 8am as promised he checked everything found the issues fixed them and even stayed awhile to monitor the system. Once he left my system was finally working properly and my house is cool. Thank you so much I appreciate the time and effort that our tech Malik put forth to fix the issue.

Best experience I've ever had with HVAC company. Malik was professional and friendly. He went above and beyond testing my system thoroughly to ensure he could find and resolve the problem. He was successful, and all is running great now. Signed up for a maintenance program with this company. 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing service and attention to detail. The Senior Solutions Engineer, Jaron Brown, did an exemplary service on resolving my the issue. Highly recommend the services this company and its personnel have provided. They are friendly, personable and knowledgeable.

Courteous and professional service technicians tech was thorough in his inspection and was able to identify the problem. He arrived as scheduled and was excellent in his communication. I received ongoing communication and a prompt install date once materials arrived. Andre and Isaac did an excellent job installing and I’m pleased to report that my A/C is working perfectly.

Just in time for summer!!! This house has had multiple issues with the A/C system and no one has ever gotten it fixed correctly. That was until Formula Air took on the challenge! They came out assessed the issue and advised us of what needed to to be done. After the parts were ordered and installed the house has never felt better. Even when there were concerns on my part, the owner himself called and assured me he had this handled. It’s one thing to get quality service but to have the owner actually call you and interact with you throughout the process is priceless. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!

Malik was amazing! He took the time to figure out what was wrong with you system and listened to our concerns.

Our warranty company requested a replacement of out system which has now been installed. Claudio and Draford were amazing! Quick and efficient. They communicated any concerns they had and did an amazing job!

Malik was awesome! This was the fourth company assigned by my warranty company to assess the issue with my A/C. The three companies prior were unwilling or lied about finishing the process. He understood the assignment and completed it with no issues and kept a smile on his face. If ever I have an issue requiring this type of service again I will be requesting my warranty company to send this company and tech. Thank you so much. We can finally get the process moving and air flowing in the house.
