Formula Air is professional, responsive, excellent quality work, great value and prompt. They were a pleasure to work with. Andres and team did a fantastic job installing our new AC (new outdoor unit and new evap coils). I would highly recommend them! Thanks to Adam and team!

Formula Air is a company that picked up our service ticket through our home choice warranty company. I’m grateful that they did pick up our ticket to (repair and or service) our heating and AC unit outside our home. Our system was not coming on… at all!
There technician arrived at the schedule time, he was very professional and very knowledgeable of what was wrong. So if you’re thinking about choose in a company that will get your unit working consider Formula Air they have great technicians that know (What) to look at and they have the right tools to use to get your job done.

I had a great experience with Formula Air. I requested a 2nd opinion after Honesty Mechanical LLC came to my house and provided the wrong diagnosis (normal wear and tear - evaporator cord, condenser) to my Homeowner Insurance that would have cost me over $3,330 out of pocket.
My A/C wasn’t cooling, Formula Air came over and provided and an accurate diagnosis (mismatched system) to my Homeowner Insurance which cost me $400 out to pocket to replace my condensing unit to match per NC requirement.
Special shout out to Claudio and Draford who came over to replace my A/C. Both men are very knowledgeable, kind, respected the property, and most of all, very efficient. They had my unit up and running quicker than I anticipated.

Formula Air was prompt at contacting and getting us a quote by email. Other companies wanted to come to our home before telling us pricing but Formula Air was able to give a quote based on the square footage. We were quickly scheduled. The appointment was completed by 2 gentlemen who put on booties to protect my carpets. Overall great experience and will use them again.

Tom was great! He had multiple issues fixed in a timely manner and was willing to do a temperature test on both units to ensure they were heating in the normal temperature range! Keep up the good work guys.

Formula Air installed an air ionization system to purify the air and deal with mold growth. It was my first visit from them and they were right on time, professional and better priced than other providers I looked at. I’m glad to have my service plan with them

Had the guys come in and assess the house. Right sized the system and had a full 2 zone install done. Price was solid, knowledge there, and all people were timely! Junior and Justin did the install and worked well together. The install went quick, and believe was a job very well done! Would recommend to anyone. Had them come back to clean out the vents and same result. Good attitudes and work ethic.

This is the second time Scott has serviced our AC units. I’ve had several other companies/technicians come out when we were having an issue last year and was disappointed every time. Scott was able to resolve the issue right away and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service that we received. Scott is knowledgeable, honest, and professional. I wouldn’t use anyone else and highly recommend giving Formula Air a try.

Scott was very pleasant. He had to come back twice before issue was fully resolved but answered all my questions at the different stages.
