I particularly appreciated their use of technology, from the automated update texts to the alert enabling tracking of the tech's travel to our home to the prompt, automated email of the invoice.

Malik was fantastic! He was incredibly professional, on time, and was able to answer all of my questions and fix the issue. I highly recommend Formula Air!

Technician Avery was excellent! He called to give us an ETA, and when he showed up, he gave us a diagnosis and updated us on things in a simple way. He was courteous and professional. He was patient with all our questions and is an excellent part of this business.

The gas regulator on my heating system needed replacement, these guys were hired through my warranty company Choice Home Warranty and eventhough there was confusion regarding payment, after the technician had spent almost 2 hours in my over 80 degree attic, his boss would not allow him to uninstall the work he had just done. On GOOD FAITH he took the $75.00 service charge and did not hold me accountable for the $350 charge it costs because CHOICE did not want to cover the work.I THANK THIS COMPANY FOR BEING A TRUE BLESSING TO ME!!! 😊 😉

Formula Air was assigned from my home warranty company. So far they ha e been responsive, professional and on time. There is still work to be completed and I look forward to them maintaining their professionalism and getting the job done with honesty.
