Our old unit died and we called the largest A/C company in the area. The quote they gave us was just ridiculous. A co-worker recommended Quality Comfort so I called them. They gave us a quote which was extremely reasonable, and we got a better a/c unit. The guys came out at 8:30 am and were completely finished by 2:30 pm that same day. Plus they replaced our furnace as well. I cannot recommend this company enough. They are great and they are honest. That is rare these days.
I called Quality Comfort for my routine preventive maintenance couple of years ago and to this day I continue with QC. They are proficient, prompt, and professionals. No different than any other company, so why I stay Quality Comfort? Because the customer service is second to none, from the scheduler that made appointment easy and convenience for me to the service tech that seems very proud of his job and his company. He went over everything that was wrong and gave me a fair price to fix it before he did any of the work. I would highly recommend Quality Comfort Heating and Air!
This business is a top notch operation, and there is no one else I would recommend for HVAC service/repair. The services they provide are reasonably priced and the repairs/maintenance they perform is always thorough, as opposed to the band aid that most companies provide. And most importantly the techs are personable, professional, and have integrity. Have worked with both Kenny and Allen, and they both have been incredibly pleasant and explanatory. Have worry free service agreements on both a home and a business, wouldn’t let anyone else touch my HVAC systems.
My wife called them because we thought our water heater was leaking because the water was dripping right under it. After a couple days they came out to look at it "free of charge" that is what they told my wife on the phone at two different occasions before we scheduled. So after coming out they decided that it was a plumbing issue, so not something that they do and that we had to get a plumber. But the tech decided to call his boss for advice and was told to perform the repair or a temporary fix for a service fee. Next day the water was leaking even more to a point that we needed a emergency plumber. Me and my wife called them back before we called the plumber to see if they will come and fix this issue since it got worse after their "repair". They told us that they can't do anything and that we need a plumber. I said ok no problem we would like our money back then. At this point they got extremely rude and short with us. At one point they hung up on me, but I called right back. After much back and forward they decide that they can give me half of my money back. I told them that is not ok and that they need to give us back the whole refund because now I have to use an emergency plumber which costs a lot more. After I said that I heard the owner in the background yell "If that is how it is gonna be now we are not going to give you any of your money back." I said ok if that is how you're going to be don't expect any of my business anymore. We were also informed by the plumbing company that unless you are a licensed plumber you should not do any repairs on the that fall under the plumbing issues.

He told me another neighbor also used Quality Comfort Heating & AC in the past and referred them to him. Both my neighbors gave them high marks in regard to service, price, product quality and overall experience.
I called Quality Comfort yesterday and spoke with Carol, who set up the 1st available service opening. The apppointment was set for today (within 24 hours is great in the home repair industry!) She gave me a 2 hour "window" which helped me plan my day. I got a call early this morning saying they were running ahead of schedule and they politely asked if they could they come a bit earlier than planned? That was better than "on time" considering my busy day!
Tony Herrin, the service tech, arrived in a uniform, was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem (which is what I expected - blower motor died). He provided me with a breakdown of ALL the charges, and knowing they were fair/reasonable, I told him to proceed.
He replaced the motor, cleaned the blower area of my system, and then tested everything to make sure all was working as it should. He answered ALL my questions and even made some suggestions regarding improving efficiency/saving money. From my initial phone call to the handshake goodbye, I had a great service/repair experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Quality Comfort HVAC to friends & family.
25> years of working with them with 6 rental properties and they somehow cannot honor an appointment a month out to check my AC unit. So disappointed. I will not use them in the future. The guys in the field are fine. The office and the customer service are horrible.
