Installed a brand new A/C unit for us. Every step of the process was professional, kind, caring, and just all around awesome. From explaining options for units and brands, to the actual team that installed, to subsequent followups and post-installation questions, Collins Comfort Solutions is just all around stellar. I honestly can't even offer one bit of constructive criticism for improvement. Just a fantastic, fantastic business that really cares about its customers. I will certainly be calling them in the future for any additional HVAC work. Absolute A+ and can't recommend them enough!

We have been getting our AC and Furnace maintained by Patrick and staff for a number of years now. They are great! Never try to sell us something we don’t need. They are reasonably priced, come when they say they will, and do a really great job. Patrick has especially been available to us quickly when we have had an emergency and was quick to come and diagnose problem and fix it quickly. He has even sometimes helped us with little things when he was here. They are a local business which we like to support and everyone is helpful pleasant and professional. I totally recommend them- you won’t be sorry!

We've used Collins several times - both in our old house and our new construction (to fix what the builders screwed up). We were so happy with their service, professionalism and just the fact that they are Good Guys, we recommended them to my sister and our neighbors. My sister needed a new HVAC system after buying her house and they were able to repair and install it before she moved in. I can't say enough about this company. It's so hard these days to find fair, honest, hard working people - they are the gold standard for what to expect. Would recommend without reservation!

Patrick and his team were amazing, and truly saved our summer (or should I say, "saved us FROM our summer.") After getting multiple quotes for a new HVAC system, we decided to go with Collins Comfort Solutions because they took the time to explain why we DIDN'T need the bigger/more expensive system, and explained how to properly find the correct size unit and changes we needed to make our home comfortable. When making an investment this big, it's important to understand what you need and WHY.
