Collins is definitely your best bet for HVAC maintenance and repair. They are honest, reasonable, and will get to the bottom of a repair instead of just recommending a replacement.

I used Collins Comfort Solution for the first time last summer (2020). I had the great pleasure of meeting Patrick. He was the first service provider that I have had in years who was not only professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable he was also honest. Patrick told exactly what I needed and what I didn't need. Halfway through his service I knew he would be the person I would always go to for my HVAC service or repair needs. Now here it is May 2021 and the downstairs AC unit needed work. I contacted Collins Comfort Solutions but my appointment was at the end of the week. I did everything myself humanly possible to fix the unit, but the work was beyond my skill set. JR came out on Friday May 28 2021 and went right to the problem, He fixed in less than 15 minutes. I usually don't write anything publically but these guy deserve to get as much business as they can handle. Collins Comfort Solutions is a company anyone can count on to do the job at a fair price, with professionalism, honesty, a good attitude and ZERO bs. I am truly blessed to have connected with such a wonderful company.
