We used Collins Comfort to perform an HVAC inspection on a house we were interested in buying. They were very thorough and great to work with and we have continued to use them for seasonal maintenance. The guys are timely, professional, honest, and get the job done.

Loved Patrick and Collins as a company! I got estimates from three companies. Collins was the most reasonable price wise and they didn’t use high pressure sales tactics like a lot of the other companies which is a huge turn off for me. They replaced all the ductwork and installed a new HVAC/furnace. They were on time, worked well into the evening to get the job done, and cleaned up after themselves. And they were overall just nice pleasant guys. They even went to Lowes and got me three new filters because I didn’t have a spare! Will definitely recommend them to everyone looking for new system set up, maintenance, or repairs.

These guys are AWESOME! We moved into a new house a month ago. We first had them come out via a referral to help install a new duct for a bathroom exhaust fan that was left out in a previous remodel of our new home. Pat and his team came out right away to check out the situation, and were very honest with us. They recommended we have the structural support checked out before they completed any work. Once we had the all clear they came out the very next morning and were able to get everything installed!

Around this same time, our upstairs HVAC unit died. Being new homeowners, we had Collins Comfort Solutions, as well as two other companies provide quotes. It was an easy decision for us to go with Collins. We already knew the service would be top notch, and their quote was in line with our budget. They never tried to sell us up on unnecessary equipment, even going as far as helping to explain why we wouldn't need that in our home. Again, they were able to come out right away and fully replace our entire system.

The entire team was professional, responsive, always on time, and never left a mess. I also love that you are able to work directly with the owner vs. being tossed around a support system. 100% recommend Collins Comfort Solutions.
