I can’t rate high enough for the post! As a contractor I built my business on honesty and quality and Patrick proved to me other businesses do the same! After 2 other companies trying to replace full units Patrick came out, within a few hours, and fixed my unit for my tenants. I am a contractor but not in HVAC so I was clueless how much I was lied to until today. Truly warms my heart knowing there is other great and I mean great contractors! I am blessed to have found this company through my kids school and plan to use on all my projects moving forward!! Professional and honest!

They were extremely responsive. I was able to schedule an appointment for service of my AC because our old original unit was not able to keep up with the raise in outside temperature. The only available appointment was 3 days away on Monday after the weekend unless I was to schedule emergency service. Patrick was able to move my appointment to the very next day when an earlier opening became available.

JR, our service tech was extremely helpful and friendly as always. He managed to perform the needed testing and service while dealing with the family we had visiting from out of towns kids 4 and 1 years old, and our super energetic dogs (2 Australian Shepherds). He took the time to talk to the kids and play with the dogs to make them comfortable with him in the house so he could do his work. Truly, above and beyond what most would do.

We have been using Collins for yearly service of our units but this was the first service call we needed. They performed our initial HVAC inspections when we purchased our home and have been a pleasure to work with since then. They are always friendly and professional to every time we have called. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks for a recommendation. The best group around with great prices and the best service.

Our 17 year old HVAC system finally called it quits. Had to have a new HVAC system installed in the middle of July. HOT! Patrick and his team at Collins Comfort Solutions were very professional and able to do the installation in 1 day! And for about $500 less than another quote I received. I hope our other HVAC unit lasts a few more years. But when it does come time to replace it, I will definitely call Patrick. I highly recommend Collins Comfort Solutions!

Patrick and his team were incredible. I would recommend them to anyone. We were in a tough spot with an HVAC system that had completely died and our house was sweltering. They gave us a fast, no hassle quote without the high pressure sales that we experienced from other companies. They were also completely understanding and helpful with our situation and truly moved mountains to get us a fast installation. I can’t say enough about how hard they worked to make sure everything was done perfectly and the crew was professional and courteous in our home. I had never had to replace an air-conditioning system before, and they made the process painless.

Collins was able to resolve an issue with our furnace that's been bothering us for years - the system was overheating and producing an awful smell. Our previous service provider basically acted like we were crazy. Patrick came out, identified the issue, and replaced the faulty part the next day. Very much recommended!
