Kendal Air Heating & Cooling

I used Kendal before and it was good but no more! Called it for service and the lady answer the call lied to me, "our system is down, someone will call you back soon..."

No one call after half day gone so I called back and only then she told me the turth that Kindal was sold to another company and gave me that company info....?!

I checked its web site is still no mentioned about being sold or bought by another company. This kind of dishoesty is unacceptable!

Everyone we worked with, from the individuals in the office, to the salesperson, and installers were very courteous and professional. The price of the AC unit along with the Maintenance Plan was decently priced in comparison to our previous company. I would recommend them!

Wonderful company! Easy to get in touch with and very responsive and professional. Adam has helped us numerous times and always comes out quickly. We've had them replace one of our heat pump systems, as well as do our annual maintenance and repairs. They answer all our questions and aren't the least bit pushy and never try to upsell you. From the office staff, salespeople, to the technicians everyone has been so polite and that's why they are our first call.

Kendal Air will email text and let you know when they are in route for your repair service. They are courteous and professional and explain completely what they find/observe. Their work is completed and done right in a timely matter.

Based on good reviews on NextDoor, called them to do our routine spring maintenance. Was pleased with the technician, Ben Jenkins. After completion of the job he explained what he had done and informed us that there were no problems and our system was working properly.

Morris Jenkins quoted me $15,000 dollars to replace a heat pump. Kevin got me a quote for literally half the price for the exact same unit, warranty, everything. Got on the schedule the same week I accepted the quote. Installed in 6 hours with a county inspection that checked out. Extremely friendly people that I will continue to use as long as I live in this area.

Very quick to respond to a concern about air quality in our home. Caleb and his partner were very professional, on time and took the time to explain to us our concerns. Kendal Air came highly recommended by a neighbor and I can see why. I’ll continue to spread the word myself.

I can't say enough about Kendal Air! Eight hours after our house went on the market our A/C stopped working. I called at 7:45am the next morning and spoke to Mary who scheduled an appointment for 11:30am. The technician, Micah, ended up getting to my house at 8:30am and had my air working again by 10:00am, and their price was less than half that I had been quoted by another company! Unbelievable service, unbelievable price! I highly recommend Kendal Air!!! You will not be disappointed!

UPDATE 9/20/2022: I just had Kendal Air come out to our new house and do maintenance on our system. Tim & Scott took their time and went through everything thoroughly. Again I am very happy with their professionalism and service! Thank you!!

UPDATED 03/06/2023: Steve came out and did my spring A/C service this morning, and again, he was right on time, very professional, and thoroughly did the maintenance on my system. I continue to be very impressed and happy with the service that Kendal Air provide! Thank you!
