Caleb was very professional. He serviced both units, and explained what was needed for longevity. With the importance of regular HVAC service, I feel confident that Kendal Air will take care of all maintenance that's required now and in the future.

I was very pleased with the responsiveness to my problem---no cool air! They came when they said they would, explained and corrected the problem. The technician was very knowledgable. He fixed the problem, gave me some helpful tips on how to get better performance from my system and was a pleasure to work with.The cost was very reasonable. I asked if they had a service plan. There was no pressure to 'upgrade' or buy anything. I will be using them to service my system and recommend them very highly.

Kendall Air is absolutely the best company! We have used them for years, and referred many people to them who feel exactly the same way. Their expertise, promptness, customer service, communication and pricing are all excellent. Never have to question their integrity.

They are friendly and work hard to install my new AC and Heater unit. Only one to my disappointment was minor damage on bottom of unit and slightly sloppy job to cover it up. They did what they were supposed to do, wish it wasn’t sloppy a bit. Oh well.

These guys are the real deal! You won't pay heavily inflated pricing like 'Bobby' charges. My bill was very reasonable for 2 unit change outs. Each one of them I met could not have been nicer. When selling, Kent was extremely knowledgeable and educating. He didn't push a single brand. He simply educated me on the options. Mike and the rest of the install team were rockstars. They had a tall order, and still cranked it out with quality and speed. Will most certainly be referring them!

Douglas came out at the last minute to help us with a unique issue. There was a very foul smell coming from one of our vents . After pest control noted they would not be able to remove the HVAC ducts to help get rid of what was assumed to be a dead animal in the duct, Kendal Air (technician and woman I spoke to on the phone) was quick to be helpful with the issue, professional, and made the situation humorous. Douglas was excellent, came out within an hour, and the price was very reasonable. Thanks for helping me get the mouse out of the house! :)
