Kendal Air Heating & Cooling

we called them today at 10am. they came to our house by 130pm and repaired our ac condenser for $80. many companies would have just replaced it for $300. We always have exceptional service with kendall. They have certainly raised the bar for AC service in Charlotte.

We've used Kendal at two houses, and I think they are the best in the business. We've never once had a rep come out that was anything less than salt of the earth. They are unbelievably honest. I can't recommend Kendal enough.

The person who came to our house was very willing to tell us what was going on with our AC unit. He was knowledgeable and reassured us that the fan was working fine.I appreciate someone who is not trying to sell us something more or tell us we need a new unit when we don't.

Kendal Air is a great company! They offer a great price and don’t charge you the commission of the other big names. Logan, Danny, Austin, and Jack were our installers and they worked at very efficient rate and didn’t keep us without AC for very long. Cleaned up after themselves and where very respectful! They even loved on our pups! All in all, 1000% recommend Kendal Air!

Kendal Air installed a new HVAC system for us on November 7, 2022. It was a positive experience from the first call to give us an estimate to installation. Danny, Ben and Jack were the crew that came to do installation. They were on time, professional, courteous and good workers. We highly recommend Kendal Air.

Steve is always a pleasure to work with. He answers my questions and goes above and beyond. The stairs heading up to my attic were loose, and he took the time to tighten all of them for me to make it less wobbly.

Steve was on time, very professional, and gave us great feedback on the status of the system. Gave me some tips on keep air flowing around the outside units as well as a reminder to change inside filters regularly.
