I had a brand new system installed and a second zone. Initially I was having some issues with the zoning not working correctly. While a bit frustrating, I cannot speak more highly of the customer service and response. After a few adjustments, the system has worked wonderfully. These guys are great. Most importantly, they stand behind their work and don’t try to rip you off. I only wish I had found them to do our HVAC inspection before we bought our house - maybe then the problems we’ve had would have been caught.

On recent service call Two of their team tweaked my ductwork after installing the new furnace to improve airflow and reduce vibration. They responded immediately to my request and made the adjustments in one visit. I appreciate their quick follow up and commitment to quality service.

Adam was absolutely wonderful. Inspected the outside unit within minutes had options for us to choose from. Completely reasonable and professional. Honest as well!! Highly recommend and will definitely be calling them with any other issues that may come up.

Customer service was lacking. Was suppose to call back, did not. Couldn't explain procedure. No go. RESPONSE: I gave the dispatcher ALL information. A date wasn't confirmed. I was told someone would call. I can go to the audio! But you're correct, not a good fit because the dispatcher was not friendly. I felt like a bother. Doesn't matter if hottest day, good customer service is FREE!

The company I work for used Kendal Air and I was impressed with them. So, when I came home after vacation to an 85 degree upstairs at 3:30 in the afternoon in July, I called these guys. They had someone to my house in just over two hours. The tech was polite, knowledge, and respectful of property. The repair was done in about an hour, and the pricing, I thought, was incredibly fair. I'd highly recommend them and will use them for all of my future needs.
