Kendal Air Heating & Cooling

Kendal provided same-day service despite only having gotten my call around 11am. Adam came out and went over both my indoor and outdoor unit and was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my AC not working and I was back running cool air within 12 hours of calling Kendal. It turned out to be a monir repair and they did not charge me beyond the service call - I highly recommend them!

Scheduling was easy, and quick. Caleb showed up early and quickly diagnosed my furnace issue, transparently showing me pictures of the failed part, and explaining why it was causing the furnace to malfunction.

Provided details of next steps and options, so I could determine the best path to resolution.

Now awaiting quote for part to get repair scheduled.

Mark was on-time, friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I have an older heat system and he said it was working well but also told me to keep in mind that it will be something to think about replacing at some point. He didn’t try to pressure me into a new system, he just wanted me to be aware of it. Honest company and so far all the service techs I’ve had have been great.

Doug was not only on time, he was EARLY! He was also very courteous and professional. I had been avoiding a furnace inspection because I was dreading what the tech might “find”. However, these guys don’t work on commission and they tell you how it is. To my surprise, no repairs were recommended and everything checked out ok. We talked about things that could be addressed in the future but that was it! There’s still money in my wallet! If you’ve been putting off a HVAC inspection, I highly recommend calling the guys at Kendal Air! You will not be disappointed!

I had had several repair people at my home for my air conditioner over the last few years which made no sense because it was new. Kendal Air figured the problem out and worked their magic. Highly recommend!

So many reasons to recommend Kendal Air. The contact with the office was friendly, courteous, & welcoming. The owner, Kent, came to our home to evaluate our heating & cooling systems. He is very personable and he shares all the information you need to make an informed decision. We were given an excellent price to replace the 18 year old gas furnace and AC. The guys who came & completed the installation (Mike, his son, Danny, & Jacob) worked as a team & did a great job. Customer service and a strong work ethic are definitely important to Kendal Air.

Five Stars for Kendal Air! They were polite and professional and friendly to talk too. They explained things in layman terms and didn’t try to oversell me on anything. They even found things our last maintenance company missed. As a Realtor I’ll be happy to recommend them to all our clients and will definitely use them going forward!

This is the third time I've used Kendal. Both times I experienced very excellent service. No upselling, just the things I needed. Today was great. Steve showed up right on time. He worked quickly, and the bill was lower than I expected. I will definitely use Kendal for all of my HVAC needs. Highly recommended!

The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable did a tune up on my AC was having difficulty unclogging drain and was persistent till he got I was so appreciative thank you for a great experience highly recommend these guys to take care of your needs no regrets forever a customer
