My inspector was checking my roof and found a concerning problem with my HVAC in my attic that was likely leaking carbon monoxide into our home. They came out within a couple of hours and had it repaired. Highly recommend!!

Technician was on time, polite and knowledgeable. Spent time troubleshooting the system, but did not try to sell me parts or service I didn’t need. Was still up front and honest about the state of the equipment and didn’t make unrealistic promises. Very good experience overall.

I am on a service plan that includes 2 visits, 1# of coolant and 10% discount on any needed repairs and it is well worth it. Had a capacitor nearing failure on a unit installed in 2013. They checked the warranty status (a system they did not install) and it was still under warranty! Great service, they go the extra mile, and the costs are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

This company is awesome they are honest they take their time cleaning your system and letting you know everything that could possibly be wrong with it. After 20 years my gas pack has worn out and I'm approving for them to install a new one. I would not trust any other company to do this!

I have waited a few months (March 2022 Install) to post this review, as I wanted to give our new heating and cooling system enough time to prove its worth. Without a doubt, I can say that the system recommended and installed by Kendal Air has worked like a charm to keep our home comfortable and lower our electric bill!
Our old units were aging--17 years old--and we were facing a repair vs. replace situation. Kent and Kevin initially came out to inspect and provide estimates for each situation. First and foremost, I can tell you that they were honest. They clarified our goals and priorities during the visit, building a plan around what would work best for our home. They took the time during this visit, and in subsequent phone calls, to discuss and explain what they were recommending and why. They proved to be very accessible in addition to being honest.

Once we decided to pull the trigger, they were able to get a team out to perform the installation in a very timely manner. The team was highly professional and completed the installation with the utmost professionalism and with very minimal interruption to our day. Once completed, the team took the time to walk us through the various parts of the install, showing the quality of their work inside and out.

Over the past few months, the new system has been able to achieve the goals that we had expressed, keeping our home comfortable. For anyone looking for heating and cooling services, I would highly recommend utilizing Kendal Air.
