Steve was amazing, he went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He contacted lennox to get my parts covered under warranty. I don’t really leave many reviews for companies, but I highly recommend Kendal Air heating and cooling. They will shoot you straight and do not try to rip you off, I guess that’s the benefit of being a quality employer with great ethics and customer focus! Don’t go any where else, call these folks, they’ll come same day and get you sorted!

What an amazing company! From the wonderful ladies on the phone, the representative coming out to quote us a new system, the installers and the technician who came out quickly to help with an issue that ended up being a problem with the power company. They have been beyond amazing every step of the way. They truly care about their customers. We got a new HVAC system with them and their prices were the best and their customer service is outstanding. Every single person we have talked to has been professional, kind, knowledgeable and treat you like family not just another customer. They did a great job installing our new system and offer an affordable maintenance program. I have been very happy with them and will recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest HVAC company.

2023/02/21 - Mark was awesome today. He did the inspection and was efficient. This team does right by me over and over again.

I was desperate to get my work done since my son's air conditioning was not working. They gave me a diagnostic within the first day and accurate estimate and completed the work within 48 hours. I was very impressed with Caleb who did the work he even picked up the phone when I called him as he was working and I had several questions. I highly recommend them and it's wonderful knowing that they're a Christian business!

He was on time and knowledgeable and was looking for ways to save me money instead of pushing to replace my unit as others have done.

My Air Conditioning stopped working last night, must my luck, on the hottest day of the year. And today will be the same. I called Kendal Air at 7 am this morning and I was greeted by Chris, a lovely lady, even at 7 am. They were able to get Adam out to our house by 11:30 this morning. Everything is up and running and we are smiling again. Thank you Kent and Kendal Air for your Amazing Service and Quality Workmanship. All your people are top notch, you only work with the Best of the Best!

I went with them to have my broken AC and old Furnace replaced and I don't regret it one bit. I enjoyed working with them throughout the whole process. Fair pricing for the job, reachable people when you call, show up on time, and very pleasant company folks to speak with. Highly recommend them.

I called Kendall on Christmas Eve. Appreciating how busy they have been with the cold snap they were able to get out here this afternoon and get my heat going again. They were kind enough to move my time slot up twice today and I saved money by having the service contract. What I appreciate even more is that the technician took steps to insulate my water line and hopefully preclude this from happening again. Given that my heat went out on Christmas Eve morning, this was probably the best possible outcome.
