Kendal Air Heating & Cooling

Kendal Air was able to get to us on the day our AC went out. Once the problem was diagnosed they even drove to a warehouse in SC to pick up the part so we didn't have to wait (without AC) through Labor Day weekend. Great service and company!

An amazing company of hard-working, honest employees! They worked with us to get a new unit installed as quickly as possible. They show up when they say they will and have great communication. Highly recommend this company!

So impressed with my service today. They were prompt, courteous and very efficient. Caleb took time to tell me exactly what he would be doing. They even reminded me via text when they were on the way. I appreciate great service and will absolutely be using them again.

Kendal replaced our HVAC systems in April. They did a phenomenal job. From the initial call, to the quote, to the installation- all went well. They are kind, prompt, and responsive.

We had a leak on Sunday evening coming through our ceiling. We called a plumber who came out and blamed the leak on the HVAC condensation line not being installed properly which was incorrect. I sent an email late Sunday evening to Kendal asking them if they could come out and look at our systems. They corresponded with me between the hours of 10pm-12 an and made sure that Kent, the owner would come out the very next day (July 4) to take a look. Kent assured me that if they had done something wrong, they would fix it. After thorough inspection, It was determined the plumbers were wrong and there was a clog in our internal pipe. Kent assured me that this leak/damage was not as bad as the plumbers told us. I really appreciate the integrity and customer service of Kendal- something really hard to come by these days. They went above and beyond to help us. We will continue to be a customer of this great company.

Caleb came out for maintenance on our ac unit. He showed up on time and did a really good job cleaning our 15 year old unit. He did not try to push a sell on us like some other companies do. He seemed very honest and trustworthy. We have 3 properties and will definitely use Kendal in the future.

I have had "DAC Services" come out here twice for this same problem. I'm so happy my neighbor suggested calling "Kindle Air Heating and Cooling" Steve was super polite put booties on before he walked in my house was super thorough and took his time diagnosing what the issue was and for literally half what the other service charged me on not one but two separate occasions for the exact same problem and never fixed it I am so glad my neighbor suggested calling Kendall air because they were great priced, honest, and they did all of this on a Saturday

They came out and diagnosed a leak and replaced the evaporator coil on my trane unit and dealt with all the warranty work on the part. Overall I felt like their prices were reasonable especially one time when they came out on a holiday and both guys that came out were very professional and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Every time I've connected with the company it's been a really positive experience and I'm never left with any bad impression or feeling gouged at all! Totally happy!
