We had Kendal air put two new Hvac systems in our house and our guest house.
They were quick and efficient as well as affordable.
Anytime we had a question or concern they were responsive.
This is the way all small businesses should be run.

Mark, the service person assigned to us, arrived on time and diagnosed the issue with our unit quickly. He had our air back on within a half an hour of arrival. He explained everything he was doing and was methodical and professional. Also very personable as well.

Very impressed with Kendall Air's speedy service. Their Service Specialist Micah Amox was very professional explained everything and got our system back up and running very promptly.

Micah was fantastic. Showed up on time, introduced himself, wore booties in my home the entire time and explained the problem well. Very polite and professional as well. This is also the second time I’ve used them and they were great both times!

Their techs were on time, professional and gave honest feedback about repair options. Didn’t try to oversell us on what was necessary. Signed up for service agreement with them today and won’t hesitate to recommend them in the future.

Doug, the technician, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was on time, no nonsense about parts we did not need or bogus charges and had us up an running with in 30 minutes. I was really impressed by the efficiency and honest work done by Kendal heating and air. We will definitely use them in the future for any other issues.

Kendal Air replaced my 30-year-old heat pump system, and updated and rerouted the ductwork to improve airflow upstairs. They were terrific, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Very professional and knowledgeable, a d by far the most cost-effective. I thoroughly enjoyed working with this lovely family-owned local business!

I had a really great experience. Kent was willing to spend as much time as necessary to answer all my questions. Discuss the various solutions for my needs and the pros and cons associated with each. Most importantly he inquired about what I liked about my current system so that the new system would meet expectation. Reliability and cost of ownership over the life of the system are important metrics. Kent understands the balance of reliability and efficiency of the systems. He went the extra mile to make the install aesthetically pleasing. It's more than connecting parts together, it's a craft that requires a bit of art. The system install is only the first step. Knowing that you'll have top tier support when it's needed is equally important.
