    Parks Heating Cooling are amazing to work with. They are very professional and responsive to customer needs. The technician, Manor, who visits my home for routine checks or repairs is very knowledgeable and friendly. He does a great job of explaining everything he does and finds, he’s honest about recommendations and provides pictures to support what he says. I highly recommend them. Thanks especially to Manor.

    Can’t say enough about how awesome the whole process was. Our old AC unit crashed. Our salesman Marquis came out and gave us a very good price on a new unit. He was also able to schedule the installation for the next morning. The install crew Ryan came out the next morning on time. We were leaving for a vacation that day and had us on our way without any delays!!! I highly recommend this company for all HVAC needs!

    Pak’s came out and checked the system, gave an estimate and then came back later in the week to meet with both my wife and me and reexplained everything. Installers were on time and worked quickly. Had everything done and running in about 5-6 hours. We had to have some duct work changed, so took a little longer. They did excellent work.

    Tom, was a nice gentleman who called before he arrived, was punctual and very knowledgeable about electronics. He did very thorough troubleshooting of our problems, quoted us a fair price, and pointed out some concerns that he had about some of our wiring which could pose problems later on. He was easy to chat with, and gave us discounts on the job. Overall we are very pleased with Tom and Parks, and we are already referring him to our friends.

    So glad I called Parks and my electrician was outstanding. We had a very bizarre short that, I’m not sure most other electricians would have figured out (without cutting open walls) and he figured it out in about 2 hours with experience and sleuthing. I could tell he was very competent and knew what he was doing. Will absolutely use them again

    Have only been in my home for 2 years. My AC wasn't working properly. I called Parks and asked if someone could come out and look at my unit. The lady asked me to choose a time. I chose 8am-10am. No one came out or contacted me during that time. I had to call them 2 more times and the guy finally came out around 4pm. Around 6pm, he tells me pretty much that i would have to pay $4000 for labor to fix my AC. $4000!! He said that my warranty for the labor expired February of this year and that there is a defect in my unit. This is the company that install the unit in my community. I am so disappointed and frustrated. I will be contacting BBB asap.

    For the past few years I've had a service plan with Parks and it's been great. I moved to a new house with 2 units and my plan about went up to $283/year. But then about 5 months later time to renew again and they're asking $410/year. That's a huge increase. And at the same they time saw I did my own replacement of a capacitor and hard start where they were wanting $370 and $441 respectively to install the $25 and $40 parts that take less than 5 minutes haha. Not sure if the increase in yearly price had anything to do with that, but I definitely said no.

    I tried to give them a second chance because all companies have bad employees, but after I had tenants that were without AC for three months for them not connecting the electricity to it, and not sending a reimbursement check that they said they were going to, charging when I told them to cancel an order, and trying to force unnecessary work down my throat, I will not use them again. They tried to give me an 8 hour window of when they returned, and when I said i needed a shorter window, they gave me a window that they still missed. Just go to Hospitality and call it a day.

    Replaced failed capacitor on AC unit and throughly cleaned filters. Irene was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable going about finding the root cause of failure. She went the extra mile in making sure that all systems were working properly. She is a great representative for Parks and its staff. Thanks for your customer support,
