The technicians immediately came to the ice bowl (my home without heat), diagnosed the issue, and solve the problems. They have outstanding integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. The technician extended to shake my hand. That is old school way to doing business. I will certainly use Formula Air for our AC/Heating needs going forward. Outstanding.

As always Jaron was exceptional, he came for tuneup and did both my units. Very thorough and detailed.

Andre and Alec came out to my house to to replace my Air condition and heating system . This was a big step for me and I will say I was nervous about this having to be done . But I have been dealing with Formala Air in the past and I have been very pleased with their work. They assured me that I was getting a good unit for the price range that I was looking for Without giving up quality and endurance.
