Tom and Andre are both very professional and polite service techs. Extremely satisfied with their work and attitude and thankful they repaired our heat in a very timely manner, right before Thanksgiving. Formula is certainly a company I would recommend. I wish all techs could be as great as these two fine gentlemen.

I reached out and they came out in the same day to fix the problem and replace my heating motor. Loved the efficiency and the quality of their work. Will definitely use them again.

I recently had an emergency when all of a sudden my furnace stopped working. I called Formula Air in a panic because my elderly in-laws were coming to visit the next day and the temperature was dropping down to the low 30s. It was urgent that this issue got resolved immediately, I was lucky enough to speak with Adam and he had a tech sent over right away! Within the next couple of hours the tech arrived and my heat was working again!! I couldn't be more happy with their service and their compassion. Thank you so much! Would HIGHLY recommend and definitely use them again if needed!
