I cannot express enough what a fantastic experience I had! Jaron and Malik were on time, extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable! I give them a ten out of ten!
Had another issue with the heat pump after the first visit, they came out quickly had to order parts, then came out and fixed it! Again I give them a 10 out of 10

I have used Formula Air in the past for small service jobs and always found the people who came out to be extremely professional and knowledgable, so when it was time for a full system replacement, I called them. I also got lots of other estimates and their price was the best one I got for a high quality unit! So in addition to their quality workmanship and professionalism, their prices are fantastic. They were careful with everything, being sure not to leave a mess behind, and they put everything back just as they found it. They even went the extra mile not to disturb the baby birds that had just hatched on my front door:) As long as I can get this level of quality from the company, I will be calling them for all my HVAC service needs - but let's hope there won't be many with this great new system!

The two installers were on time, polite and professional. They were knowledgeable and informative. Kristin in the office was always available when I had questions and assisted my over the phone payment. Cameron, the manager, went over and above in explaining my options, including timing and costs. He was positive, professional and helpful. Replacing the furnace was an unexpected expense, but their pricing was fair, and they made the experience fairly painless. I would use them again, and recommend to others.

My home warranty company assigned Formula Air HVAC to do a repair on my furnace, and I’m glad they did! Tom was great! He was very friendly, prompt, informative, and completed the repair thoroughly. I would definitely use this company again. Thanks Tom!

CANT SPEAK HIGHLY ENOUGH OF SCOTT (technician) AND CAMERON (office)!!!!!!

I have been dealing with AC woes for MONTHS and have had so many different companies out here to work on my unit. Nobody could find issues. Parks tried to sell me a whole new system.

Before my appointment, I emailed and asked for any earlier availability. Cameron called me first thing and was so helpful and understanding. He was even able to bump my appointment up a day!

When my appointment time arrived, Scott called to let me know he was going to be arriving in about 20 minutes, which was even ahead of schedule! Scott walked in and within 5 minutes found the culprit…..corroded batteries on my wall unit!!!!! That easy!!!!

He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful!

Malik came out on a home warranty call for me. He was very knowledgeable and showed me in great detail the problem with my system. Looking forward to working with them on the follow up repair.

Formula Air replaced our two old HVAC systems and ductwork upstairs. Dealing with them was a real pleasure - Brandon and Adam were extremely professional, understanding and patient when answering all my questions throughout the project. They presented available options very clearly and talked me through each of them.

The installation team was also easy to work with. Very efficient and professional. Covered floors all the way to the attic and cleaned up after the project was done.

There was a couple of things that needed adjustment and it was never a problem when prompted - that's what I call a great customer service.

I highly recommend them and we will use Formula Air in the future to service our equipment.

After further communication with the owner of Formula One, he listened to my side of the story and I heard his side of the story and everything was clarified. He even gave me a rebate for the unit I had to purchase through warranty company. Excellent consumer service!

The installers were amazing! The order was not processed correctly. When the technician came to the house for repair and assessment. He said that both units need to be replaced but when he sent the work order to the warranty company he did not mention that to them. He lead them to believe that the condenser was fine but only the handler needed to be replaced. That is not what he lead me to believe. The transparency was not clear and the communication was not good.

We had a new A/C and Gas Pack installed. The guys were very knowledgeable. Made sure we were pleased before they left my home!

Had I done this review after the repairs, I likely would’ve given them two stars. They were out for a total of three visits and two of them caused minor damage. After the final visit I was frustrated enough that I called to let them know what had happened. A manager got on the phone quickly and put my frustrations to bed. They got a handyman out to complete some minor drywall and paint work within two weeks. Every tech that visited was knowledgeable and kind so I hated that every visit resulted in an inconvenience. I would highly recommend them still.
