I’m so glad I switched to Prime Comfort for my HVAC maintenance plan. Lance is great - always on time and gives a heads up when he is on his way. Never tries to up sell anything and keeps us well advised on the life of our system.

I tried this company for the first time after receiving 6 quotes from 6 different HVAC companies to replace 4 of 5 of my HVAC systems (several AC’s, gas furnaces and heat pump). The representative, Bill Hix, was very professional and presented and explained numerous options for replacing my systems. I chose this company, not because of their price, but because of their outstanding service and attention to detail. Their presentation and list of options were enormous yet not too overwhelming. Every member of the staff was knowledgeable and respectful and thoroughly explained the workings of each system they installed. One huge bonus with Prime Comfort that other companies didn’t offer is, two years of winter and spring maintenance. The warranties were pretty standard among the different companies I had survey the job. All systems are working well and I am happy to have chosen such an upstanding company to install my new systems. Prime Comfort’s prices were competitive; however, their service could not be beaten. As a real estate professional in the area, I have tried numerous HVAC companies and recommended many. This company is by far the best yet!

We have used them twice now - both times in a bind when our heat went out. He came out on Saturday without hesitating. Heat Pump Upgrade and Replacement:

Prime Comfort, recommended by Duke-Energy, Better Business Bureau, was exceptional. From a no pressure sales presentation, to giving me links to vendor documentation for the systems they suggested, to just being fully convincing that their Rep was highly experienced. He even had a low cost self-patented fix for my duct work. My research on them, all turned up highly positive. Prime Comfort got within my budget and added the extras I requested for my new Heat Pump. (Like a surge protector, new hall air filter plate, MERV-11 Media Filter, an 8-year extended labor warranty added to their 2-year Mfg. labor warranty + 10-year parts warranty). They also provided 2 years of free seasonal service with the purchase of a new Heat Pump. To top it off, they offered 36-48 months interest-free payments financing.

I have not been disappointed in any way since I met Bill, Prime Comfort's Sales Engr Manager and had the Heat Pump installed. All their installation, operations and service guys have been very knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. Every interaction with Prime Comfort has been enjoyable, rewarding and I am so glad I chose them. When you are going to be in a relationship with a HVAC Company for 10 years, it's extremely important that you like and trust them. Bottom line, they did exactly what I asked and more. I am totally satisfied with the work and character of this company. I would recommend them unequivocally to family and friends.

Prime Comfort in every situation, went above and beyond "the call of duty" to make sure I was a happy customer. From the 1-day installation of the unit, to calling them for our service in late spring, to receiving my rebate from Duke-Energy, it has completely been a "No Hassle" experience. On inspection day, our installation passed both the County and Duke-Energy inspections with flying colors. Most importantly our HVAC operation has been flawless, and we are saving money over the old system. So, yes, I'm happy to recommend them wholeheartedly and will call on them in the future if I purchase another property.

Adam with Prime Comfort was extremely helpful during a recent AC Tune Up/Inspection appointment. He took his time to break down every component of concern in our AC system and gave me clear options going forward. I'd recommend Adam and Prime Comfort to anyone with AC concerns.

Definitely a 5 Star Outfit!...I have used them several times for installation of a new system and annual maintenance. They have been great with their service every time. I just had William stop by for the annual maintenance checkup on the air conditioning system...he called 30 minutes ahead of time to confirm the appointment, showed up on time, and was very professional. Great company to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Our A/C went out overnight and I called Prime Comfort first thing in the morning and they came out before 10:30am that morning. William diagnosed the issue quickly and efficiently.
