Wonderful company.. gave us a quote thousands of dollars cheaper than a prior quote. Friendly & very informative as well. Willing to help throughout the whole process. Thanks to Bill, Barbara. & the installers for a great job!!!

Bryan and Adam were on a service call at our neighbor's house. We were having a problem with our AC system. I told Adam what was going on. He told me what the issue could be but suggested that I call Prime Comfort to set up an appointment. When I called the office Barbara told me that she could possibly get the technicians to come by after they finished servicing my neighbor. This they did.
Once they diagnosed the problem they fixed it immediately.They were very professional and very customer friendly. The bigger compliment here is that both technicians shared with me that they noticed the smell of natural gas each time that they existed our house and entered again. My wife and I did not notice the smell. Bryan's thought was that we had probably gotten used to the smell. Bryan suggested that I contact the gas company to check for a leak. I called the gas company and their technician arrived before Bryan and Adam had left. Bryan shared what he had experienced with the technician. The gas technician brought in his tools to check for leaks and immediately registered a mild gas leak around our gas fireplace. He turned off the shut off valve to the fireplace.
HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR PRIME COMFORT'S (Bryan & Adam) expertise and customer service there very well may have been a different outcome to our story.

Prime Comfort is hands down THE BEST service provider that I have ever used. The whole team is very responsive and top notch with customer service. From Lance playing with my daughter to Bill and installation team with great quality work and Brian and service team always on top of it, I will only use these guys until something dramatic happens. Also the Trane quality products are bar none the best.

From start to finish I am thrilled with the investment of my new HVAC system. No one likes dropping thousands of dollars on a new system, but if you have to this company will give you a top notch product, amazing service and excellent communication. I personally like to support small businesses in my local area and have recommended Prime to several friends and family that are looking for a great company in the HVAC world. First, I got several estimates from companies recommended by Angie's list, and then one more of my own with a company I have used in the past. Not only did I get a top of the line product from Prime Comfort, but it was easily $2k less than all the other companies for the size of system I needed. Next, on the day of install they were respectful of my home and didn't mind my asking questions about the work they were doing so I would understand what was being done in and outside my home. Also the communication from the office manager and staff were excellent...very timely and thorough. They made sure I understood the financing options and worked with me to get the best deal available. Lastly, the follow up service could not have been better...the tech showed up on time, explained a tweak he made and was on his way. Again, if you are looking for a new HVAC system or just need a company you can trust for repairs or maintenance, I literally cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They are great! Prime Comfort was fast, affordable and knowledgeable. Prime Comfort was great from the beginning to the end from Ms. Barbara the Customer Service to Bryan the Service Technician. They were able to come out to my rental property the next day and perform service on unit; that a previous company said they would need to order the part and was double the price. Prime Comfort give me a free 2nd second option that saved me almost $700. Bryan our service technician was very professional and had great customer service. Prime Comfort made what could’ve been an awful and daunting experience not bad at all. I will be using Prime Comfort for all my HVAC needs in the future! Thank you Ms. Barbara and Brian!

From what I briefly researched - it appeared that my capacitor went bad in my upstairs unit. I called Prime Comfort on a Tuesday morning and they had sent a tech out within 2hrs on the same (hot) day. Bryan was very nice and knowledgeable. Great service, although the cost seemed to be on the higher end. Overall, Prime Comfort got the job completed successfully on the same day - time is money!

Our HVAC Technician Brian did an excellent job!!
He was very fast, efficient, and very friendly. We sat and talked while he did his job.
Prime Comfort did not try to get over on us for the price. They also credit the diagnostic charges when you allow them to complete the repair (finding out now that most companies don't waive the diagnostic charges)!! Again, prime comfort is about doing great work without the practice of completely getting over on their customers. I WILL REFER PRIME COMFORT TO EVERYONE I KNOW!!

I was told by another contractor (after waiting 3 days in less than 40 degree nighttime exterior temps for an appointment) that my furnace was trashed and needed to be replaced. I called Prime Comfort, who dispatched Bryan Phongsa within the hour. Bryan was on time, professional, and didn’t try to con me into a new furnace...he had the real issue diagnosed and the furnace back up and running in no time flat for a fraction of the cost that a new unit would have run me. I can’t recommend Bryan and the Prime Comfort team enough!

He explained everything to me so that I could understand everything wrong with my unit.

I've worked with two different HVAC companies in Charlotte, NC (Prime being one of them) and I can't say enough good things about their service. From the phone call to the project, the people at Prime Comfort are professional, personable, and skilled. I've had interactions with their HVAC tech Brian multiple times and have had nothing but a great experience. I highly recommend their services if you are in the greater Charlotte area.
