Prime Comfort

My AC went out last night and I called Prime Comfort in the morning. They made a 1-3 pm appointment and sure enough kept it. The technician was here for 20-30 minutes, fixed the AC and even washed the filter for me. He was so nice and professional and the whole experience was really pleasant. Thanks so much!!!

We were having problems with inadequate heat flow on the first floor of our home. We had contacted another company who was supposed to show up on Saturday (1/22/22), but they canceled that morning (I suppose due to the weather--what weather?) and said they would be here on Tuesday. I looked for another company and contacted Prime Comfort on 1/23/22 via their website. I received an email response that said I could call with any questions, so I called. A technician answered the phone and I explained the issue. He said that he would be able to come to my house the next day and gave me his name. The next day, the tech called prior to his arrival and arrived on time. My husband showed him where the unit was and entry to the attic. The tech, Brian P., assessed what was needed and gave us some eye-opening information about the dampers and the damper motors. He told us the cost to repair (and it was very reasonable) and said he would retrieve the parts required and fix it. He was done in about an hour, provided us with an invoice that included pictures of the repair, and the heat has been working perfectly! We have had another company out here several times last year because the heat and cool airflow did not seem adequate and were uneven in spots, but the problem remained until we called Prime Comfort. Thank you so much, Prime Comfort, for an employee like Brian P. He was thorough, professional, and quick. I hope I won't have any more heating/cooling issues anytime soon, but if I do, I will call Prime Comfort.

This company was prompt in responding to their customers needs. I was met by one of their highly trained techs, who came out and got to the bottom of the issue in no time. Tyler was on time, very clear with his diagnosis and extremely thorough when looking over the unit. Prime comfort did more than excellent work. You can bet your last dollar if Tyler shows up, your Unit will get taken care of.

This is a very good HVAC company. I used them on my house and was so happy with them I used them again on an Investment Property. Tyler was my technician on both. He is why I used Prime Comfort. Tyler is very personable and extremely knowledgeable. He is also very meticulous. He is a real professional. I can easily recommend this company

Adam with Prime Comfort came to do our fall maintenance this morning. As usual, he was professional, knowledgeable and on time. He took the time to explain what he did and how our system is working. We have been with Prime Comfort since it's inception and they continue to go above and beyond with their service. They are the best in Charlotte!!

Had a great experience with Prime Comfort from the initial call to schedule an appointment to the tech Bryan coming out to assess the situation. He was able to get some better performance from our system with minimal cost and I could just tell that they were not just trying to make a buck off of me. I felt that they genuinely care about their customers which is refreshing. I definitely plan on using them again when the need arises.

I have an older house that needed a complete replacement of my HVAC system, ducts included. The entire process with Prime Comfort was great. Bill sat down with me and talked through my options, and the pricing was very competitive, as I had other companies give me estimates. They scheduled the job for the next Monday which happened to be Thanksgiving week. Bobby and his team showed up and were extremely polite, knowledgeable, and hard working. They were prompt each day and were able to complete the job ahead of schedule. They did excellent work. After the work was completed Barb in the office has been great and I would recommend Prime Comfort to anyone.

Called several companies for estimates on a complete gas furnace/AC system installation. Prime Comfort was by far the most reasonable for the high quality unit they installed, and after reading their great reviews I decided to go with them.
I was most impressed from the first call I made speaking with Barb and the tech installation staff that was sent out to do the installation was spot on! They are a highly skilled, worked extremely well together, and incredibly efficient. By far one of the best decisions we've ever made in hiring a company for this type of job. At the very least give them a call and compare.

We had a new system put in during the spring and the install went very well and system worked great throughout the summer. As the weather is changing we went to put on the heat and it was not working. We called for service and they responded within a couple of hours which in today's day and age is phenomenal. Adam Hurst was the technician that came out and diagnosed the product which actually had nothing to do with the system. He was extremely professional and fixed the issue for us after diagnosing the problem. This was our first service issue we had since Prime Comfort installed the new unit and I was extremely pleased with their response to our problem and Adam's work.

Very good experience. Very professional and very well executed. From start to finish Brandon had everything under control and communicated very well.
