Prime Comfort

Prime Comfort was clean, quick, and gave me excellent service. They took 500$ for being a firefighter and a complementary air cooler for the few days between my service call and the HVAC replacement. It was amazing that I had a new system in less than week after calling. And 0% financing made the entire process no stress.

The Prime Comfort team has delivered stellar customer service over the past 4 years. They are proactive about scheduling seasonal maintenance, knowledgeable about repairs and troubleshooting issues, and are not high pressure from a sales standpoint. They have always been timely for installs and service, and very respectful of our schedules and needs as my partner and I both work from home. They are accommodating and understanding of pets while working in the home, as well. We have installed 2 AC/Heat systems and one mini-split system, along with annual maintenance for all units. Thank you team, and keep up the stellar work!

I worked directly with Brandon and Barb. I had closed on a house and was shopping for a total HVAC upgrade including duct work. The team was able to provide me an initial bid and subsequent bids very quickly after understanding exactly what I was looking for. They are professional, knowledgeable and ensure you understand how to maintain and run the system. I had a great experience and most importantly they completed the overhaul before I moved in. I made an appointment for an estimate on a new system. He seemed to be very thorough, however I could not verify the validity of some of the things he recommended. The estimate seemed very high, so we'll be going with another company.

Don't bother looking any farther. These are the AC people you want.

My condenser coil sprung a leak and needed replacement. Prime comfort came out fast, quoted an extremely reasonable price (and yes, I shopped around), and came back with the coil to install it the very next day. The tech, Brian, was a pleasure.

I'll certainly be using them in the future. I mean, hopefully my AC doesn't break down again anytime soon, but if it did, they would be my first call.

It was a very good experience working with Prime Comfort and especially Brandon Hunnecutt. Communications were top notch, the crew was well organized and on time, and the new equipment is operating as expected. I highly recommend this Company for HVAC work.

This was a relatively complicated installation which required substantial expertise and coordination with two other companies. They were up to the challenge. Brandon, the project manager deserves particular recognition for his availability and communication

Have had prime comfort servicing my hvac equipment for a few years now and had to have someone come out as our drain line was clogged and the system had shut off as the pan was full Ken answered the call at 7 at night and walked me through what the issue could be and I was able to suck the water out of the pan with my shop vac and get it at least running so they scheduled someone to come out and we ended up with Tyler who cleared the line and said that based on the clog it was most likely due to a dirty coil which he checked and said could use a cleaning but was not urgent he also recommended the I wave purifier system as it could prevent the type of clog we had from forming again. He was a great tech and wasn't pushy on additional services, just a great guy who knows what he is doing and continues the great service we have had from Prime Comfort!

Prime Comfort has been absolutely wonderful. From the estimate all the way through the installation. They were quick to fix any (small) issues that came up after install, they were always on-time, professional, friendly and personable. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs. You will not be disappointed. Thank you guys for that you've done! Also, a shoutout goes to Barb in the office. Very friendly :-). UPDATE: just had Prime Comfort replace my other HVAC system (I have 2). Solid job again! Brandon was great and the whole crew. Probably one of the nicest groups of people! Will always recommend them!
