Prime Comfort

Everyone I dealt with at Prime Comfort was knowledgeable and super competent. I had to replace my
Hvac system and both Chuck and Ken explained the whole process in detail. The technicians did a great job with the installation, and the price was right. I couldn’t be happier.

We are a 114 residence HOA in Matthews. Our clubhouse is heated/cooled by two 5-ton units. They failed after 13 years. Our Board sought quotes from qualified contractors. We received six (6) quotes. Prime Comfort not only had the most professional and timely quote, they came to review our Clubhouse system with their President and Manager. Highly knowledgable and professional. Their quote was the best and we proceed with Prime Comfort. The complete installation was done one week after contract signing and done by a highly trained and polite team of technicians who knew their business. Our Board cannot recommend Prime Comfort higher! Call them if you want professionalism without having to pay the expenses associated with "big-time TV" advertising.

Wow! I was highly impressed with the professionalism and integrity of Prime Comfort. Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and accommodating. Bryan, the technician who came out, was super friendly, genuine, knowledgeable, and punctual. He was patient and thorough with me in explaining the problem in a manner that I could understand. He offered several discounts for the repair service and offered to find out if my warranty would cover the repairs. I was most impressed that he wasn’t pushy and condescending as many HVAC technicians can be. An extra bonus, that meant a lot to me, was how he wore shoe covers in my house.
They were booked that evening and unable to come out until the next day, but so was everyone else that I called. I’m sure I could’ve gotten one of the larger companies to come out that evening but for a much larger bill! I will definitely call them for HVAC service in the future.

I have used prime comfort and Bryan for service on a gas furnace and central air system for the past few years. All ways on time and great to deal with ! Bryan replaced a part under Trane warranty which saved some cash. Would recommend prime comfort to anyone.

Prime Comfort's service manager came out to our house for a service call when our downstairs unit went out on a Saturday. Luckily, it was just a wire that had came loose and he fixed it very quickly. We could not be more pleased with the fast, friendly and knowledgeable service we received as a brand new customer! We will be signing up for the cleaning and maintenance service immediately!

I highly recommend Prime Comfort and their awesome crew. I did a lot of research for a reliable HVAC company. I checked yelp, BBB, Natural Piedmont Gas and google reviews. This company is 5 stars across the board. They are also BBB accredited with an A rating. All of the staff we encountered are very prompt, friendly and hardworking. We needed a whole new HVAC system. Prime Comfort came out Monday morning at 8:30am to get started. Three extremely nice gentlemen (Tim, Bobby & Ken) worked until 5:00pm to get all of the old out, the new in and installed. Then they cleaned up after themselves, tested the units, taught me how to use our new WIFI thermostat, and went over the final details of everything. They were even kind enough to be mindful of the doors and nose level (as much as possible) while my little one napped. They also alternated their lunch breaks so someone was always working until the job was completed. They made sure we were happy with everything and answered any questions we had before they left.
With our new HVAC system we get a 2 year maintenance program (Prime Comfort services our HVAC two times a year for free). Prime Comfort has a 2 year service warranty and with our new Trane we have a 10 year parts warranty. Prime Comfort is sending us our permits, setting up our follow up inspection and really has made this whole ordeal pretty painless.
All in all I really couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Prime Comfort has been fantastic. We are new homeowners of an OLD house and had no idea what we were getting into. Brian was extremely professional and knowledgable. He educated us on all the different parts of our HVAC system and the problems that could be contributing to our inefficient system. He was honest about what the MOST important repair was, given our budget, and didn't try to oversell. Will use Prime Comfort for all HVAC needs.

I was lucky in seeing Bryan service a neighbor's furnace a few months ago & asked him to schedule an inspection & maintenance visit for our two furnaces. I watched his work, having taken an 18 month HVAC course in community college years ago. It was professional - superior - in every way. I signed up for the annual service agreement & he returned to inspect, clean & maintain both AC units. I've seen many technicians operate through the decades & Bryan is simply outstanding.

Lance called before he came out to tell us what time he would arrive. Upon arrival he assessed the situation, asked some questions and began checking out our HVAC system. He quickly identified some changes that needed to be made, and made these adjustments. He checked out the entire system and also cleaned the coils, and answered all questions my wife and I had.
He was very professional, courteous and polite. He also made some recommendations of things we could do to see if his efforts were successful in addressing our issues.
This was a very positive experience and the cost for services provided was very appropriate and affordable.

Prime Comfort worked us in on the schedule the same day we called. Barbara was very helpful on the phone. When Ken arrived he was quick to diagnose the problem and was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the problem to me so I could understand. Overall a great experience.
