Brian and Barbara at Prime Comfort provide top notch service. Barbara always does her best to schedule the time you need and Brian is a true professional. He's on time, courteous, gives detailed explanations, and trustworthy. He is my go to HVAC guy!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Prime Comfort in Charlotte. They installed a brand new HVAC system as well as removed an old furnace in our home. Everyone was very friendly, accommodating and easy to work with. We would highly recommend them :)

First of all Prime Comfort was recommended by the"Nextdoor" app. Everything they said about Prime Comfort being number one in the Charlotte Area is TRUE. The experience i encounter from the initial phone call to the installation was EXCELLENT and lets not forget about the affordable pricing with all kinds of discounts with the state of the art machinery. All the staff was very professional and knowledgeable but 2 staff members that stood out to me was Chuck and Ken. I will always recommend and talk highly of "Prime Comfort".

I am writing this review to tell people who are in the market of purchasing a HVAC unit, Prime Comfort is the place to go. My existing units were 24 years old, i called 4 different companies to get quotes. When Chuck Pesta came to my house it was like i have know him my entire life. Very professional, very down to earth. Explain everything to me to where i understood, help me with getting financing, he is everything and more. You could not ask for a better representation of this company. Chuck was able to get me an awesome deal on 2 Lennox Air conditioner units and 2 furnaces. Ken Leach and his team were at my house in two days. Ken is the nicest guy and very professional. They were efficient, diligent and finished the job in two days. They walked through with me and explain what they did and how to use the new thermostats. I can't say enough about Chuck and Ken. I had a small issue on Friday night, i texted Chuck and Chuck and Ken were at my house the n ext morning which was Saturday fixing it. What service. They were fantastic to work with. The entire company is great. Very family oriented. Very pleasant to work with the office manager Barbara, is the sweetest person very kind. I feel like i have a new family now. They made this very costly experience to be one of the best experiences i have had to do to my home. I have highly recommended Prime Comfort to everyone i know. You cannot go wrong. Furnace stopped working a day before Thanksgiving. I called several companies with no one able to come and fix before Friday or Saturday after the holiday. Prime Comfort sent a technician in several hours. Bryan diagnosed a problem , fixed it, and left within an hour. Apparently, it was a small issue with dirty flame sensor. Honest invoice. Great service - Thanks!

My wife and I bought our first house knowing there was mold in the crawlspace. We remediated the mold first, and then we needed to replace the entire HVAC system. After getting 3 estimates from various companies, we chose Prime Comfort to do the job. They replaced the air conditioner, furnace, and all ducting. They answered all of our questions and their communication during the process was outstanding. Barbara and Chuck both worked very hard to make sure we were taken care of. Ken and the technicians completed the job on time and were always respectful on our property. This is a wonderful company to work with and I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs you may have.

Prime Comfort was able to get me in on the same day I contacted them. Brian was great. He added Freon, and suggested I contact the home warranty regarding the age of the unit. I will definitely call Prime Confort again!

I called Prime Comfort for a second opinion after I had been waiting a week for another company to repair my HVAC unit. They were able to send a service technician the next day and the repair was completed same day! From the initial phone call to the completion of the repair everyone at this company was friendly, responsive and professional! Call this company first, I know I will.

We were in a bind due to overcharging by another “reputable” company. Prime Comfort worked it out and was able to secure the needed parts under warranty and repair our furnace 5 weeks ahead of the projected time
