Prime Comfort sent their senior tech, Bryan, to troubleshoot my Trane AC unit. He determined that there was a small leak and offered to recharge the unit with refrigerant. Bryan was very pleasant, professional and was not trying to sell me anything. He simply did what I requested and answered all of my question, which were many. There were no surprise charges. The quote that I received for refrigerant over the phone was what I paid. I would definitely hire Prime Comfort again for future maintenance and repair of my furnace and AC unit.

Got our brand new HVAC system for a great price and was installed very quickly. Staff were very kind and very helpful getting it all set up. Had a minor issue which was sorted immediately again by the great staff and management. Would recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Prime Comfort! I have an OLD system and have recently had issues with my air conditioning not working. After seeing the amazing reviews left for Prime Comfort I gave them a call. Barbara in the office is just the sweetest. Bryan the tech came out the same day and was very personable and friendly. They have recommended I get a new system (it is over 20 years old) but have accommodated me in keeping it going when they easily could have told me to replace it. I trust them and their work and would definitely recommend!

Bryan and his team were amazing! They fixed our heat in less than 30 minutes after 5 failed attempts by another HVAC company. They then stayed past our appointment time to get our AC ready to go for summer! I highly recommend using Prime Comfort for your HVAC needs!

I have used them multiple times for myself and my real estate clients. They recently replaced one of my HVAC systems in our attic which was not the easiest location to access. I called Prime Comfort for an instance of helping me resolve a tenant heat issue in the first week of January. Brrrr! I was on a trip out of state when the incident happened and told the dispatcher (Becky? Beverly? It was a B-name... Ha! How appropriate!) as much. She told me that the technician would call me to verify the repair so I waited to hear back. The phone never rang, but this is not uncommon since the call was placed just before 3pm, I figured that they were busy and could not make it out. The next morning, I check my phone, 1 call missed from Prime about 45 minutes earlier... funny, but I had left my phone in the cabin while I took my morning walk, so I figured it must have rang at that point. Without checking the message, I returned the phone call immediately. I got B-name dispatcher on the phone who just lit into me for not answering my phone (which only just rang 3/4 of an hour before!) I was taken aback and waited for her to calm down. She never did while we were on that initial phone call. She proceeded to tell me about their policies and procedures, that she had made notes in their system on ALL of my properties about how I was unresponsive and irresponsible owner. I was beside myself before interrupting her tirade to ask her if she remembered who the customer was? Who is paying her salary ultimately? She kept on lecturing me how it is my responsibility to care for my business... yes, that's right, MY business! I laughed at the ridiculous insinuation. Double checked my call log, nothing except for the one call this morning. I interrupted again and she sounded sarcastically sweet as she put me on hold... then the line dropped. Coincidence? It MAY be that the phone, being where I was, didn't actually have a strong enough connection to the network. I credit Prime with doing what they say they did. I told her that much. But what I will NEVER stand for, is being insulted by a vendor... and I don't care HOW responsive you have been in the past, you DO NOT get my future business. That, Prime Comfort, is MY policy for MY company and MY business. For the record, I had been a customer of theirs for 3 years prior, they mostly did a good job, but, in truth the previous engagement for system installation at my last rehab was far and away sub par. Most of the technicians, especially, the one I spoke with just now, are great. They had a dud on their payroll around this time last year. Don't remember the name, but they are NOT and exceptional company and are NOT immune to customer attrition. I am a deeply loyal customer, but only if I am treated with a modicum of respect. Prime Comfort, your ship with my company has sailed. You are dead to us for future considerations. It may be that I need a better cellular network to support my tenants going forward, but that is another decision with another vendor.

After requesting an estimate, Chuck came out and went over options and was very detailed. We were also happy to find out that we were going to get a Duke Energy Rebate for $425. We went with Prime Comfort and couldn't be more pleased. We love our new NEST thermostat. We can even control it through our phone!! Thanks for the awesome job!!!

Prime Comfort was able to send a technician out two hours after I called! Bryan was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem with our fan motor and help me find a replacement part. He even responded to a question I texted him after the work was completed. We will definitely use them again in the future.
