We have been customers of Nick and Co. for over 20 years. Nick's company always provides great service, has knowledgeable service representatives, and is responsive to service needs and any questions. On a recent trip for maintenance, Johnny called before arriving, was on time, very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He provided excellent service and is a great representative of Nick's fine company.

I Highly recommend this company! Our air conditioning stopped working Friday night on the most hottest month on July, and on Saturday morning I made a call to Nick & Co Air Conditioning & Heating. They managed to fit me in the very same day. The technician was professional, quick, thorough and caring! Amazing AC company! I will recommend them to everyone! Nick’s technicians arrived on time and worked quietly and efficiently until the install was done. They cleaned up very nicely. I have used Nick and Co before for service and an install. Our tech Phil was easy to work with and answered all our questions. I think they do very good work and would use them again.

I had a routine seasonal check scheduled with Nick & Co., but prior to that appointment discovered my 2nd floor AC unit was blowing warm air, and we were already having unseasonably hot days for mid-May. Time was of the essence to get it fixed since my pregnant daughter was coming home from overseas to stay with me for a few months to have her baby here and I wanted her to be comfortable. I explained this to the scheduling lady who stayed in touch with me about this and they worked me in -- even though it was not a quick repair. I am so grateful for their understanding and accommodating my situation. They went out of their way to make it happen for me even during their busy season. I have used Nick & Co. for all types of HVAC services since 2007 with only stellar experiences. No complaints at all.

I used Nick & Co. for many years. Our home is over 21 years and while using Nick & Co. my husband and I have had to replaced both the upstairs and downstairs hvac. We've used this company for both replacements as well as many repair calls over the years. They have been honest and gotten to us pretty quickly each time we called for help. Nick&Co came out on Christmas Eve and tried to fix our heating issue. They also were very responsive when we needed a new system, and came to install it within six hours of our contract being signed. Great to work with this company.

They installed my heating and air conditioning system back in 2012 and I have maintained a maintenance contract with them since then. They come out and check the unit twice a year. The few times I’ve had issues they are quick to respond and always gets it fixed. Thanks got a great job.
