McClintock Heating and Cooling

This is my first time as a homeowner having to deal with the stress and overwhelming options of having a new hvac and furnace installed. After having 3/4 companies come out for a consultation we decided to go with McClintock. I also had them recommended by a couple coworkers. The guys that came out were very helpful and professional. After a couple hiccups, they got started about 2 hours late, but they got the job done in a day and a half. I was very pleased with the work they did and the time they took to explain our options for what size we needed and why they recommended it. We also got duel zone, which has made a huge improvement in our overall comfort level. I’d recommend these guys in a dead sleep if you asked me! lol The worse part for them, was that it rained all day that Friday 😖 Best decision we could have made!

We have been a customer with McClintock for awhile now and have always been impressed with the technicians that complete our biannual maintenance. Today we had our summer cleaning and system check with John Miller - he was fantastic! Personable, professional, respectful, efficient and very knowledgeable. He answered many questions that I had and spent extra time explaining things! Even encouraged us to call him if we had further questions. Highly recommend

I'm a new customer and did my research on local companies with the best ratings. I wasn't disappointed! 1st call to Lindsey was great! She was so friendly and explained the process. Dispatch (I didn't get her name but she was great too!) then called to let me know the technician was on the way. Marty, the technician, was friendly, knowledgeable and quickly determined why my AC wasn't throwing out any air. (I'd already done some research of my own to get an idea of what the problem might be so not to be potentially taken advantage of) Marty was spot on and had my house cooling off in about 15 minutes. I'm very pleased with the entire experience.

The technician, Marty, was professional, on time, and a good guy to boot. He was able to resolve my issue quickly and my AC is once again producing cold air that will be needed in the upcoming days and into the summer. The office staff was also helpful and I received 2 phone calls AND a text regarding scheduling and arrival of Marty the day of the work. Overall, I am very happy with the McClintock operation.

Great service, as always! The technician was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He reviewed my system data with me. Very honest company which is why we continue to use them year over year. They never try to sell us anything we do not need. We trust them 100%!!

Had an issue with my new unit that was installed last year that I was partially at fault. Carlos came by within the hour to take a look. $2500 repair was made the next day at no cost due to the warranty. Carlos was very knowledgeable and professional and fixed the unit. The company was very responsive and has a great staff. This is the type of business that is hard to come by nowadays and the work they do will keep you as a customer for life!

We enjoy the service that we get from this company and all of their service people. Jake was thorough and attentive when we had questions. We moved to McClintock years ago after a poor experience with another provider. Happy that we made the switch.

Andres came out in the morning on a Saturday! I called Friday night and was told my information would be passed on to a technician. Received a text right after 8 AM Saturday morning from McClintock. They told me there was a customer. He was with prior to coming to me and they would text me and let me know when he was on his way and they did both of my systems have been replaced by this company and the system he was working with was the one upstairs. He looked at the system inside. It must be something outside (How he even knew that in the first place was magical!) and low and behold the circuit breaker was shot and it was replaced and now I have cool air!! Thanks Andres! I love this company. (McClintock installed my new HVAC system in my prior house I owned back in 2008 and I was recommended to use them after I received my initial quote from my parents back then and I’ve always had an amazing experience every single time). Thanks y’all!

The team at McClintock was very professional, timely both in call backs and arrival, patience and gave great customer service to me, a customer that has been with them close to if not more than 25 years. I requested the technician that diagnosed the problem earlier to return and fix it and they were more than happy to send him out. Andreas, my technician, was friendly, (even to my Schnauzer), knowledgeable and replaced the motor in no time. I am pleased with this company and plan to continue doing business with them. Even though the timing of the weather was crazy, thanks Andreas and McClintock for working as quickly as possible to get my heat back on the after the coldest weekend in March. She is running nice a quiet.

Chad was very polite and went right to work. He did an thorough check on my system outside and inside. Explained everything to me so I could understand it. I have had other companies do my maintenance and they just washed the unit and were gone. Please give McClintock a call and use them, you will not be disappointed.
